We are here for two weeks for events at UNAM. The hotel is far below expectations. The internet is not reliable and is not secure. The thermostat only works some of the time. There is no way to get fresh air. The room is small, there is no closet or drawers, the shower is literally a trickle. The supplies are...

I was in Mexico City on business and stayed at this hotel. The location is excellent. It is located in an upscale shopping centre with great access to the Coyoacan area as well as the University district. However, it's good location was trumped by a number of issues. 1. It took over one hour to check in at midnight. Our...

Great Location within a mall that offers many dining options and stores. Some improvements would be to add some furniture to store clothes for stays longer than a couple of days otherwise you live out of the suitcase. Agreed with others, the breakfast offerings need to be updated and variety. I've been coming a number of times and its always...

I have to start off with the minus side because otherwise I would have rated this hotel highly. There's no coffee in the room. There are no closets or drawers. I don't mind hangars only for most of my clothes but having my socks and undies plus more personal articles out in plain sight doesn't please. With all the lights...

It was not pleasant to be scratching all night thanks to the fleas on the room, please clean the rooms and change the carpet because i think they live there. Only one good thing was the service provided by Antonio, he was very polite and helpful.

Could not find reservation. Then the a/c in room did not work. After requesting different room, had to go down and get the new key. Breakfast is blah, and caters to Mexicans. Stayed for 1 night as a last minute booking. Will NEVER stay again. Save your money and go elsewhere.

I booked this hotel because, together with a Holiday Inn, there are the only ones in the area. The hotel is inside a Shopping Mall, in the corner of two big avenues (Eje 8 and Av Universidad), which is great. The shopping mall has lots of shops, restaurants, movies and even a supermarket. The hotel itself is very simple, with...

I expended two nights in a row there. Location is very useful. The concept of the commercial plaza is very attractive with multiple restaurants options and the cinema. Personal of reception and maid still need more training..

I stayed here for one week for a business trip and I would definitely stay here again. Rooms are clean and roomy. The staff is professional and if there is a language barrier they will quickly find someone who can communicate with you. The breakfast in the morning is tasty with the basics plus a great treat of refried beans....
