Great value for money, we arrived late very tired and were pleasantly surprised by the lovely staff and great quality room. Comfy large bed, extremely clean and modern. Restaurant food was also great. Would definitely recommend, especially in transit.
Overnight stay because of a long layover.
Please skip this hotel and stay somewhere else.

Yes, I think so. There are offices for the hotels in the airport - all the hotel offices are clustered in one place - I'm fairly sure it's in Terminal 1 but you can ask or search online. I arrived later than that and just went into the office. They're very nice and just asked me to wait a few minutes till one or two more people arrived and then we were escorted out to the shuttle and taken to the hotel. I don't know whether you've been there before but everyone tipped the driver - not much, probably 10 or 20 pesos.
