This is just a big, rather run-down hotel with good location in “historico” area and near Zocolo. Don’t know how it could get 4.5 rating. It is 3.0 at best. A clean bed, AC that doesn’t adjust, a shower you have to be contortionist to get in to and just acceptable breakfast.
