My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hilton, Santa Fe, Mexico City. The staff was very courteous and attentive. The proximity to many shops and restaurants as well as a super market was very helpful during the duration of our stay. The rates were a tremendous value given the size of the room, the amenities, to include a rooftop pool and gym and the breakfast. Will definitely stay here again when Mexico City travel comes up.

Hotel's Favorite
We stayed at Hilton Santa Fe over Christmas / New Year 2019/2020, initially booked in one of the neighboring hotels. As it turned out, the room was very noisy, due to facing the busy road. We then checked several other hotels and I could not be happier to have found the Hilton. Enrique, Head of Concierge, plus his entire team were simply outstanding and the most professional and helpful crew in a hotel that I have experienced. They were able to cater for all of our needs: room, excursions, event tickets, restaurant bookings. The hotel itself is fabulous so I can only highly recommend this place. Be it for business, be it for leisure! Muchas Gracias Enrique, we will always return to this wonderful place...despite being a bit remote from the anyhow very busy city centre!

This hotel is amazing. Located near the mall with direct access. The rooms are modern, and so the bathrooms. No bathtub. The swiming pool at the rooftop has a great view of santa fe city, and there is also a warm jacuzzi. The breakfast have many options and people there are very sympathetic. I will definitely stay again if i come back someday!

I stayed at Santa Fe Hilton early march for business. We had a morning free so called the concierge before we arrive to arrange a private tour for Teotihuacan. That exchange and experience with concierge all week went very smoothly. I have to thank Alfredo for this wonderful experience. The staff at the lobby & pool bar were also very nice and I thank them for great service and camaraderie. The room on the fourth floor was very spacious and very luxurious. Santa Fe area is also very nice and safe with tons of restaurants and parks. I had a good time.

The hotel is nice but staff was not able to help on invoice issue despite their promises and despite the 3 calls I made to them after my stay. I asked them to edit one line of the invoice (not even the charge) but apparently this was outside their area of competency.
