I've stayed at 5 different places so far in La Condesa and this is my favorite. Very nice room, a bit more spacious than others. Very comfortable, modern, very clean, and good staff. Breakfast was good but not great, the only weak point. But best rooms in the area.

Terrible price - quality ratio, they didn´t warn me the one possible good thing the restaurant was closed. Super small rooms. I had a problem with a bad odor and had to request to be moved. No noise canceling, so it is difficult to sleep.

A friend and I spent 3 nights in one of the great spa rooms. Loved having a sauna in the room and shower was huge. Really comfy king sized bed perfect for relaxing and sleeping. They have Apple TV and a Nespresso machine at no extra cost and everything in the minibar was free! We had a medical emergency while...

The rooms were also very noisy. I felt like people were standing in my room talking. Also facilities were closed down by the authorities-restaurant and bar. It was so cold on the roof I asked to bring my breakfast to my room and it took a lot of convincing

The bad... we only enjoyed the excellent bar service for two nights because after...

I can not to recommend before the management introduce the basic modifications. Very simple but very important for me to decide about the accommodation for me and for my family and friends. They have a good structure and only need to accurate the administration services.

The location was incredible! Uber was always just two minutes away if you even needed to leave the neighborhood! Room was great - only suggestion would be to offer local food recommendations - there's so much to choose from!

The front desk was invariably staffed with warm, helpful people. They were happy to assist where they could - be it hot water for tea, general directions, or my Spanish pronunciation! The location was great - not quite in the middle of things, but close enough for everything to be reachable by walking. The rooms are missing a few amenities,...
