Fantastic service. Very polite and helpful. As I did not speak Spanish it was difficult to navigate the things I wanted to do. The front desk provided maps (some hand drawn) to assist me to the Metro Bus where I was able to get to the Shopping complex to catch a tour bus to see the historic district!

We had a pleasant stay for a weekend. Location is alright, not the most beautiful part of the city, but good to move to other places. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Personally liked the many options of the breakfast, and the hotel restaurant wasn't bad at all for a quick lunch.

great location, but our room had a odd smell. I´m sure they will take care of it. The location is great if you want to see the cool side of the city, a lot of bars and restaurants for young and not too young people.

Stayed there for a training, my room had a beautiful view. Room was very clean and has a great restaurant with very good food. Location is good as it is easy to move around on public transportation. My only request would be to have softer pillows, they do have one in the closet that is much softer.

I stayed at this hotel, since my company was hosting a training session here. The rooms are nice, the pillows a little bit hard and this is the bad part of my stay, my room smelled like cigarette, this is something I can't stand. The location is in a very nice area a Mexico City, you are in walking distance...

The rooms are clean, modern, new, just renewed, the food at the hotel is great, i have tried one of the best carrot cakes ever; there is just one problem, the valet parking service, is too slow since usually there is just one person in service and they get really busy, has to improve there, all other things are great,...

This hotel is located on the corner of Viaducto and Insurgentes. These roads are very busy most part of the day. However, its location allows you to drive from the hotel to most interesting parts of the city through highways (as fast as Mexico City can be). This is if you drive. But if you decide to use the public...

The location was great for accessing the airport and also if you want to have a walk around a nice neighbourhood. I felt safe even at night in that area which I was surprised about! Ultimately this...
