The Fiesta Inn in the Centro Historico is located on Av Juarez opposite the Alemeda Central park. This location felt safe and was within walking distance of the Zocala, and most downtown museums. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. This hotel is modern and lacks ambience of any kind. At the moment, the reception area...

Good location, but still over 20 min walk to the main palace. Room was 4 stars US standards, large in size, 55 inch TV in the room (unfortunately the only english channel is CNN) and very good free internet. AC was a little bit loud (had to use earplugs to sleep). Overall would highly recommend.

The room was exceptionally clean and had a great view of the park. The bathroom was more than adequate as were the overall facilities. The entrance is a bit hectic with all the shops and so on, but a starbucks a few feet away makes up for that.

Excellent customer service from all staff from beginning to end. Will definitely come back on my next trip to Mexico City. Located in a very friendly area, many different places to eat, plenty to see family friendly.

We chose this hotel to be close to Mexico city downtown (Zocalo). The location was perfect because it is very close to Palacio de las Bellas Artes, la Alameda and, other beatiful historic buildings. Everything is at walking distance. The hotel was spotless, the service was perfect, the breakfast was delicious. We would stay at this hotel again.

One day business trip. Chose this hotel because of its proximity to where I needed to be and although there are several in the area the Fiesta brand has always come through for me. Didn't feel like paying upwards of 3 or 4-hundred dollars to travel by myself for the one night. Right on! Clean, friendly, efficient. So friendly and...

This is a business hotel. Undergoing some renos right now so the lobby is chaotic. First impression not good reception guy was robotic, ask a question and you will be waved to the concierge. Bathroom had paint chips left on the floor which I had to call to get cleaned up. Room was ok apart from the chips. Wifi a...

A convenient hotel and not too far from the historic attractions in the center of the city. If you're American, and miss your burgers, McDonalds is right below. The rooms are spacious and clean but there appears to be a lack of understanding that two people need two towels, two hand towels and two facecloths. We're good friends but we...

There are many hotels downtown Mexico City, with prices ranging from cheap to very expensive. This hotel is well located, and it is not as expensive as many others. It is within walking distance of many tourist attractions and cultural centers downtown.

I just stayed 1 night, the location is one the best things about the hotel, just across the street from the Alameda, a few blocks away from Madero and Bellas artes. Staying in Alameda

Neighborhood Profile
Alameda
This beautiful park was once the playground for the wealthiest families in the colonial era, and is now the perfect place where locals and visitors can spend a sunny weekend afternoon to relax or shop for souvenirs at the market. Kids can run around or grab a bite of cotton candy while teens and adults wander around admiring the charming gardens and the sculptures that adorn it. Once the heat rises, it may be time to visit one of the many cozy restaurants or cafés with its characteristic art nouveau facades to cool down and call it a day.
