Just came back from a business trip to Mexico City. Our agency booked us at the W. You generally know what you're getting with a W hotel; trendy, more upscale, kind of happening in terms of nightlife, etc. And that's exactly what I got. Very spacious rooms appointed with the modern conveniences you'd expect; lcd tv, iPod docks (2), internet...

The W is in a great location in Polanco - near shops, restaurants, and a beautiful park. The staff was very friendly and the concierge desk was extremely helpful. They were able to arrange transportation to/from the airport and a spur of the moment condensed city tour (i gave them 15 minutes notice) for me. The restaurant was good -...

I stayed at the W Hotel with my husband for a weekend adventure in Mexico City. I have to say this Hotel was GREAT! The rooms were so quiet and very unique! Yes...every room has a hammock, the shower is unbelievable, the bed and blankets were heavenly, the service was world class, the room service breakfast was tasty...all in all...

This was one of my all-time favorite hotel stays. The lobby couldn't be more posh, great food, drinks, fun crowd in the p.m. Beautiful restaurant, great gauc! The rooms were fantastic, comfy beds, ipod docking stations, hamock in the bathroom with a lovely view of Mexico City. The only problem was that the shower got water all over the bathroom...

My trip to the W Mexico City began poorly, but quickly improved. I had requested in advance that the hotel provide a driver to pick us up at the airport terminal to avoid the infamous mexican taxis. The driver never arrived, it was difficult to contact the hotel, a backup was dispatched with no identification, and so we ended up...

We live in Mexico City and I purchased my husband a gift certificate worth $150 at the Away spa for Christmas 2008. We booked a massage for him and for myself in May 2009, and when we looked at the gift certificate we realized it was only good for three months (expiring end March 2008) rather than for a year...

My partner and I stayed here on a business trip to Mexico City, and it was a wonderful choice of a hotel. As are most "W" hotels, it was modern, sleek, and minimalist, with a young and very helpful staff. The hotel is located very close to a subway stop and several great restaurants and shopping. It was easy to...

Having had the misfortune of BA losing my luggage, the W Mexico looked after me from the time the driver met me at the airport, to the time I stepped out of the car & arrived in my room - they provided me with an emergency amenity kit and then even delivered my luggage to my room at my request...

We returned to Mexico City for two nights and were very pleased with our choice of the W Hotel. Most notable about the hotel is its outstanding staff. From the bellmen to the fitness center attendant, everyone is very welcoming and eager to assist. The concierge provided useful guidance on restaurants. The fitness center is well-equipped and the spa has...
