We are the W fan and travelled around with W hotels for vacation. This time round to Mexico City. Located in the heart of all the embassies and restaurants, W Mexico provide you a good location within walking distance. The hotel has demonstrated the mystery of the country especially next to the welcome desk an inverted pyramid artwork (you have... More

The W in Mexico City is in a great area full of restaurants and shops. The hotel rooms are comfortable and not so small like a W in NYC for example. Chef Jose Andres has a restaurant that looks amazing but I did not have time to eat there. The lobby bar throws parties on the weekend but their food... More

A friend & I stayed for 4 nights from 13th April on recommendations from two of my clients (I'm an agent!) Our requested twin share room category was unfortunately not available on check in on the first night of our stay, however, the way in which Elizabeth Robles handled things, was impressive. Such professionalism, and genuine empathy. An additional bed... More

It's clearly an upscale hotel with a spa and a restaurant but that's about it - no convenience store, no quiet spot for a meeting, unreliable Internet (they did credit the charges and admitted they were having issues with the new system but you have to sign up for Internet access every time your computer wakes up). JW Marriott, Intercontinental... More

The rooms are ok. The bar/restaurant us also alright. It is just not the kind if place where you want to meet female clients or prospects. The red lightning in the door halls is not really welcoming. Maybe the guys will have some fun there and fond memories will return to ming. But donot invite ladys here to conclude business.... More

I found the W in Polanco to be an extraordinary hotel in terms of style, location, rooms and service. I generally like Ws, and this was one of the better ones - the room was large, very stylish and comfortable. Location: great - Polanco is a gorgeous neighborhood with great shopping and restaurants. Condition: very well maintained. Everything worked well... More
