Modern and comfortable rooms with a very convenient setting. The location of the hotel is one of a kind and the views from the higher floors are awesome. Staff is friendly and helpful especially room service!!! Enjoy your stay!!!
This hotel is okay, but what is key is to check your bill closely at check out to ensure you aren't getting ripped off. My Bonvoy status included free breakfast, but my bill had breakfast charges for most, but not all days. My reservation also included a $50 hotel credit, but this was not applied until I asked at checkout. It also wasn't explained to me until checkout that certain charges aren't eligible to be offset by the $50. In short, I saved about $150 US by reviewing my bill at checkout. I'm sure there are a lot of people who don't look at their bills too closely -- expect to be Bonvoyed. Otherwise the hotel was okay. My room wasn't ready at check-in -- in fact it wasn't ready until 5pm. Bathroom windows aren't frosted, and other windows looked into my suite. The lobby bar area turns into a private club most nights and isn't available for hotel guests (makes it difficult to use the hotel credit if there isn't a bar available).…
Beautiful Hotel in the Polanco neighborhood of Mexico city. From the moment you step out of the car you are greeted by a friendly and helpful staff. They start you off with a refreshing beverage as you check in. The room was amazing and had a balcony to overlook the city. We were in a bi level suite on the 25th floor. Room was fully stocked with everything you needed. And if it's not the helpful staff can make it happen. The area around the hotel has countless shops and restaurants to try. It's also withing walking distance to thr metro. This hotel won't disappoint and will make a great starting off point for your visit to one of the best cites in the world.
Amazing hotel with outstanding staff. Highly recommend this hotel . Great location in very walkable neighborhood with lots of restaurants and clubs. Julian at the front desk is absolutely fantastic. Super friendly and professional. Will definitely return.
A+++ I have to say this was one of the best W experiences I've had. I typically stay in Ws and jump on the opportunity when my wife and I were doing a long weekend in Mex City. I am a Marriott Platinum and used my suite awards to get the most luxurious upgrade....bi-level king with two full bathrooms and a small outside patio. It seemed as though every staff member just wanted to make our stay better. Chatting and asking us if we needed anything. The concierge helped with dinner reservations and the staff at breakfast were so nice and pleasant. I would go up to grab more bread at breakfast and they would be waiting for me to push in my chair and hand me my napkin. We had a couple of issues with our blow dryer and they immediately came up with a new one - within minutes. Sometimes asking for amenities at hotels can take forever. Lastly, our room lock ran out of batteries and we couldn't get into our room. I think the problem was solved in less than 10 mins. I was super impressed. GYM is fantastic - but similar to other Ws. They have a nice jacuzzi and steam room to enjoy. Breakfast was amazing - the choices are plentiful. For our COVID test, we had a doctor come to our room the day before we were leaving and they scheduled that for us. I highly recommend this hotel in the beautiful area of Polanco…
The location of the W is perfect, in the chicest neighborhood of Mexico City. The room was really nice and the staff was over the top friendly and helpful specially Guillermo, from the W Experience Team, who made our stay wonderful with plenty of amazing recommendations, bookings and even a birthday surprise. Can’t recommend the hotel enough!
This is an excellent hotel with a really good experience, the staff ar rocket . The service, the hospitality. The location is goo too. is close to some restaurant. The only thing, the hotel don’t has a pool. Also there is some kind of reservations it have to be made in advantage. But beside no body is there at any time. Is funny. Look like they are just interesting in guest use the spa. When i got the to ask they running to turn on the wild-pool. Meaning that some body is coming g. Don’t believe those ppl on the 4th floor. Beside that is a cool hotel.
Not one hotel staff bothered me about the mask being over my nose a specific way.. No need to worry. Hand sanitizer and safety glass to keep you safe. The hotel was full of little details like Bluetooth speakers in the rooms and hardwired ports for your laptop. Wifi was fast. The spa was amazing with first class service and really nice people. The restaurant was elegant and also had a dj. I really liked the view and the art in the room. It made for incredible photos. And the shower was an oversized walkin. But if you are a hypocondriac or very worried about Covid then you need to stay home. Mexico won't put up with your trying to control others. And the only thing I could ask more for was the room service. The food was bland. But the service was amazing and Mexico is full of some of the best food in the world. No need for room service. They could even just remove the service.…
Good hotel in Polanco, more suited for leisure than business traveler. While overall service was good, check in and general reception experience was disappointing. The traditional Mexican hospitality and friendliness is not honored here. On the positives a very good gym and friendly service at the restaurant. A good place to stay, while not my favorite in the area.
What we liked the most at this hotel was definitely the location. It was very convenient and within walking distance from great restaurants, stores, coffee shops, money exchange, 7/11, parks and a short drive from museums and other interesting neighborhoods. We enjoyed the Spa, the Fitness center, the restaurant and the terrace/bar. The food is good but a little overpriced. Our room was nice and modern with an amazing view of te city. We expected better room amenities tough. The service from the front desk and housekeeping were great. However, the service from the concierges (whatever whenever) was just average. The taxi service was the worst, extremely overpriced and untrustworthy. Next time we'll take an Uber. The vibe and the ambiance are fun. Recommend if you want to have a fun stay going out in the city.…
