The view across the valley is great, but the windows are single glazed and due to the neverending construction in Santa Fe it's very noisy. At night, the helicopters kept us up. The staff are lovely though and made up for some of the lost sleep.

Our family has been staying here since Dec 11, 2016. I believe here is one of the best hotel we've ever lived. The front desk and concierge are fully bilingual, they are very friendly and helpful; house keeping are amazing, my room is cleaned perfectly every day; the build man are polite and helpful. Every thing just perfect! Highly recommended...

I think this Hotel has an excellent service. It is in a good location but there are some things that I feel need to be changed. My opinion. The pilows are deadly. They are too hard. I think you should have options on that. Other thing is the water. It is too expensive. And internet is out of line. For...

Located at the Santa Fe District in Mexico city is this hotel. Front desk service is terrible, rooms are nice with a great view of the city. If you are for business in the area is a good choice, you have good restaurants on the building and is very near to the mall. What it was really upsetting is that...

The hotel has the best service in the area. Reception area is very professional and Concierge goes beyond to meet every need. On my last night, I had this waiting for me in my room.
