I know it might be noisy, the old key system might be annoying and so on but... It's so well located and they treat you so well that I keep staying at this hotel. If you're going to Mexico City for work (off-Santa Fe area, of course) this might be the best option. It's located in Presidente Massaryk, the prettiest... More

My wife and me stayed at the Hotel habita in Mexico City for 5 nights during May. The location is great if you plan on roaming around the Polanco area....great restaurants and shops nearby. The hotel is not new....I was told is was one of the first "boutique" hotels in the area. Service is excellent, every request was met with... More

Reading some of the reviews on this hotel was slightly apprehensive that it was going to be very noisy. Having stayed there now I can say have 3 nights of great sleep and heard nothing from either fellow guests or the rooftop bar! It's true the rooms are minimal and slightly on the small size but to be honest it's... More

When arriving to Mexico city I was here on not so pleasant terms such as losing my passport. Coming to this hotel made me feel so much at home. The front desk female receptionist was very welcoming and helped me with the million of questions I needed. The staff is incredible. The room was great too, especially the bedding was... More

A day-fee equivalent to a minimum of food and beverages allows you to use the pool, jacuzzi and sauna. Located in a very fancy area if Mexico city, it is worth visiting for the day. Food was great and beer cold as it has to be.

I arrived to the hotel late night and all I wanted was to take a bath and fall asleep. My TV was malfunctioning so I called reception and they sent out a technician (my bath had to wait ), so far so good. Then, before going to sleep, one of the lights didn't turn off , I called and again,... More

The location is great and Polanco is a lovely area of Mexico City. The rooms were clean, bright and spacious however the staff at Hotel Habita are appalling. They were rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. Very unwelcoming, if we needed anything or help we were faced with curt and rather patronising responses, the hotel car was never available, to us... More

I just left Hotel Habita after staying this weekend. When coordinating our stay, the concierge at the hotel provided us with stellar service - locking in some key restaurant reservations as well as coordinating airport transport. I can't say enough about how accommodating they were. Additionally, the location was perfectly situated in the heart of Polanco. Upon arrival, however, the... More

I landed a great deal at the Hotel Habita while planning for a last minute work trip. The check-in process was very easy and I loved the personal attention to detail.
