I stayed in this hotel for two nights after changing my hotel a few times. This hotel is very nice, clean, and cozy in very good neighbourhood close to centre. The room was very big and spacious. The bed was comfortable. The staff were very nice and friendly. The breakfast was excellent. I would back to this hotel again.

The hotel is good, big rooms and everything looks renewal. Staff from The reception was really helpful, but José, the bellboy, was awsome - provided us full attention and helped us getting where we wanted to go, everyday!!!

This hotel has one major benefit – location! For our short stay in Mexico City, we needed accommodations convenient to the sights and this was it – just steps from Paseo de la Reforma and Insurgentes. We could walk comfortably to the Angel on one side and the Zoccalo on the other…. And also to the many reasonably priced restaurants... More

I wanted to spend as less as possible while staying just one night at a great location, as well as a comfy room for a good night rest. Both needs were well satisfied. If you are an observer like me, you can notice some refurbishments and modern style decoration, accomplished on low budget finishes and architectural talent. This is something... More

We just got back from Mexico City. I was quite disappointed at how dirty our room was and their lack of follow up when I requested service. When we walked in, opened the curtains (dirty, by the way), the frames on the windows and the windows were dirty. The floors were dirty as well. When I asked for the floors... More

On the plus side, modern clean rooms with fluffy towels and hot water. Staff is pleasant and concierge was knowledgable and helpful. Location is great. On the minus side it's noisy, if your a light sleeper this might not be for you.

Location not that bad. But reception desk has poor customer courtesy, not friendly at all.
