The hotel staff are wonderful, very accommodating. We had to change rooms, the first room was not comfortable. The change was better, but at night it is a little cold and there is no heat, or air conditions. We do have a air circulator for hotter days, but it has been cool enough in the daytime. Location is pretty good,...

The hotel is a 5 min walk from a lively food and retail area. A mall is the same distance. It's quiet during the night and the staff is responsive. There's a small restaurant in the hotel. The buffet is average. I'd skip it and order off the menu if you dine here. The rooms are clean and ample. This...

Clean, comfortable rooms with big beds and TV (if you have time to watch it). Great buffet breakfast with fruit and hot dishes. Friendly and helpful staff. Everything frankly you'd need. It is well located in the Zona Rosa with restaurants, cafes, banks and money changers nearby. It's also only a 10 minute walk from Insurgents metro. I've stayed here...

A very friendly personnel, clean, good food at the restaurant, good location I stayed there in Sept. 2011 and the price was very reasonable.Since I was staying almost two weeks, they even gave me a discount. You are about two blocks from the Metro Insurgente, I really loved that place.

The hotel has a restaurant, which is important to me for breakfast. They have a buffet, but I never have more than cereal and coffee. After repeated visits, they didn't even charge me for that. It's been a few years since I've been there (the dates above are limited to 2015 and beyond) but, if nothing has changed, it's a...

The room and bathroom were basic but that was fine. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was ok and enough of a selection for veggies. Location is great. The wifi is really patchy. There is at least one SSID (wireless network) for each floor so when one inexplicably stops working just hop on to another one in range.

One of the most helpful staffs in hotels that I ever been. They are really talkative, lovely behaved and amasingly helpful. Nice breakfast, greatly located in Zona Rosa, near Ripley's, and near all nightclubs and bars in area. Major downside: lack of AC. Although it was not warm, it may be tough on Summer.

Hotel del Principiado is a great place for those that like to travel on a budget for leisure but still want a private bathroom. This little place is spotless and friendly and pretty much has everything you could want. The location is ideal and walkable to both Condessa and the historic centre, it's kind of between the two. More immediately...

When we checked in, we were told that no king beds were available per our reservation request (my husband is very tall), but we could move the next day. Next morning, staff said again no king rooms were available. The following day staff initially told us to wait around until noon to move and then we agreed we would come...

Thanks for sharing good moments and great price! It's a nice place nearby cool places in Mexico. Enjoy tacos, esquites, and of course a great Church nearby at Reforma 222 with a holy Corpus Christ to pray in hard moments!
