This is a nice hotel on walking distance from Zocalo and merely 20min from the airport. They provide the room with free bottles of water and this was also the only place we stayed at during our 20 days trip that replaced them with new ones the next day. It's quite a high hotel,

This is a comfy-not-ostentatious business hotel around the corner from the Pino Suarez train station and about five minutes to the Zocalo historic district of La Ciudad de Mexico. Aside from its enviable central location, the other come-on is the relatively inexpensive price

Mrs. Yoko , we understand you were upset as you did not printed your tickets before hand and we unfortunately had a problem with the printer that morning, however you stayed 3 more nights after this, so maybe we were not the worst hotel after all. We are sorry we could not fix the printer the exact moment you need it, we print for free tickets for our guests all the time, and they usually are kind and understanding if the printer is not working and wait until is ready.

The hotel rooms were nice, clean. However it is incredibly noisy, someone was staying with a dog that barked at all hours of the day and night. They also don’t tell you that you’ll need a new room key each day. It’s not a big deal to get one, except every time you go and tell

Dear guest we are very sorry you thought your booking was prepaid, however we do not work prepaid with Expedia .So it would be unusual it was prepaid, however we are more than open to review your complain but we have no further information, and neither you or Expedia has contact us with an inquire about your booking, probably because and it was not prepaid and you got confused, which we understand but sadly your review will stay online, so I hope when Expedia clears with you that it was not prepaid you will have a different perception. Regards,María
