This was our go-to airport hotel pre-pandemic. However, this past visit will be our last. The title of the review says it all. Additionally, there were dirty room service trays in the hallway that were there on arrival and not cleared up during our stay. Intake staff were friendly and reassigned a new room, but no offer of refund or compensation was made. Horrifying experience. We will never return.
Enjoyable stay. Front Desk personnel were very professional and courteous. Clean rooms and clean property. Parking was available which was a nice unexpected bonus. Front desk staff member Miroslava delivered delightful service.
Our stay was very enjoyable The food in the restaurant is delicious Arturo and Albert are very helpful, friendly and very polite and professional, they provide excellent service We were also provided with an excellent driver, Miguel. He is a very competent driver, very friendly and informative. 5 stars overall.
Price okay Location could be better Food okay, I preferred outside the hotel . House keeping .. awesome 5 star Management .. poor Communication.. poor Front desk needs to be trained to address the guest with their name instead of saying “Hey Lady “ Would I come back ? No .. because communication is everything in any relationship personal or business .
We had a good experience. We just needed a place for one night to wait for our connecting flight and this hotel has a free shuttle with very helpful drivers. We landed and meet at the agreed gate and they were on time. The checkin was fast and friendly. The room was nice and the bed super comfortable. Big shower. Good food at the restaurant at reasonable prices, free breakfast, and very nice and friendly customer service, Adrian and Dayanira were our waiters, but in general all the staff was super nice. Clean hotel
Exceedingly good. Great people always ready to help. The shuttle to and from the airport is reliable 24h and takes~20min. The temporary closing of the gym can be substituted by running on the emergency stairs, which fit very well the purpose (actually the best you can imagine), nobody will disturb you. Room internet is fast (over 100MB), the shower is good and the food at the restaurant is delicious! (although they are super-scared of covid and you are served by waiters in double/triple face layer, which is kind of a fun experience) . I would definitely recommend this hotel.
I have stayed here many times, when I need to spend the night near MEX. About a 10' Uber ride, it plunges you into a realm of silence, comfort and calm in the midst of a bustling and unattractive neighborhood. The beds are super comfortable, rooms are big, bathrooms and hallways modern and sparkling clean. I also recommend the restaurant, which offers great food at reasonable prices. Our waitress, Deyanira, was superb; attentive, nice and efficient.
We had arrived in Mexico City after a long flight. We called the hotel from the airport and were told where to wait for the shuttle to pick us up. At the airport, the shuttle pick-up and drop-off is in Terminal 1 just outside at Gate 4. Look out for the van with the hotels name on it. The ride took us about 15 minutes in rush hour and bad weather. The driver was a great driver and went above and beyond with our many rather heavy luggage pieces. Also, when we were dropped off at the bus terminal for the second leg of our trip the driver (Lino) came back after a while (we thought that he had left already after dropping us off) to inquire if we needed anything else and if everything was alright. Everyone at the hotel, the entire staff is extremely polite, well-intentioned and helpful. The location in the area called Rojo Gomez is possibly not the best, but it's also nothing to be scared off. We thought it was safer not to go for a walk at night other than across the street to the Mega Supermarket. It's not a fancy supermarket, but it has a very good selection, is affordable and there are two ATM machines (Scotia Bank and HSBC) for money withdrawal. Yes, Rojo Gomez is a low-income area, but it's not excessively dangerous. That was our impression. In a time when many folks are out of work due to the pandemic use common sense is more important than ever. Blend in, keep a low profile and you'll be fine. By the way, public transport is across the street and very easy to use. People are very friendly and helpful. At the reception, a rechargeable public transport card is available. At the station across the street it can easily be charged. We opted for approx. 30 Pesos, which was enough to get us to the city center and back. From Rojo Gomez it's approx. 30 minutes to the historic city center (Zocalo).…
I had a problem during my connection and had to stay in Mexico City for two nights so I wasn’t on my best mood but the whole staff of the hotel was great so it’s helped me to make my day better. The transfer from/to the airport is amazing because the city can be sketchy but I felt safe with the transportation the hotel provides! Also the driver was helpful and kind by not even letting me put back the luggage trolley and taking care of it for me! I must mention Miroslavia from the front desk was great and a breeze of fresh air when I was having a really bad day! The junior suite is huge, beautiful and clean!
Great customer service. The hotel is pretty and the rooms were spotless. Our shuttle driver, Juan Carlos, was great. He went above and beyond for us. We will definitely be staying here again when we travel to Mexico again.
