Good breakfast, good location..Just don't venture too far out of the square area is really sketch..Cantina next door on the corner was really fun. Not too many places in the square kinda run down. Stick to taking ubers and you will be fine.

Very nice and clean hotel. Many fruits for the breakfast. Better to choose the room inside, not with the street view. Surrounding is very nice. It's almost in the same center of the city. Museum of tequila around 100m for the hotel. Mariachis are playing directly before the hotel. Because of that it's better to choose the room without street...

Medium 3* Hotel, small rooms, poor breakfast (the breakfast included in the room rate is very bad, but they have an other option better if you pay extra, ??..) The hotel is in the old city, but the smell is everywhere, in the old town, in the new area, main boulevards, everywhere - the people pee all over the places...

This hotel is done very well in the inside. The rooms are modern. The staff is friendly. It's in a rough neighborhood though. I was traveling with my husband so it wasn't a real problem, but I definitely wouldn't have felt comfortable alone. In the mornings when we left, there were random kids like 5 or 6 years old hanging...

I am a regular at this hotel. I really like this hotel. Within walking distance tothe historic center. Rooms are very clean. Very friendly staff. The hotel has a nice and safe entrance over Allende street into their parking garage so if you're driving or you took a cab just tell them to go through this entrance and Voila!...you inside...

We stayed here a couple nights because we wanted to be close to the Palacio de Bellas Artes but not right in the heart of the Zocalo. The breakfast buffet was good. The WiFi worked great. The room was very clean and comfortable and we could barely hear the noise outside.

House keeping do an excellent job every day, the rooms are super clean. The wifi is very slow and they have a rather unimaginative and boring breakfast buffet. My biggest concern however was the 4am noise complaint I made. It took 2 calls and a trip to reception to get them to make the 6 people next door to shut...

Arriving to the hotel was a nightmare, you have to pass trough a very dangerous location to get there, on the outside there is lots of people drinking on the street until very late at night, The included breakfast is very very poor, just some juice, rice, cereal and cold salsiches. The day we leave they make us pay for...

Nice room, and great location in the city center. The problem though, is that we were placed on the first floor, right above a nightclub. The music was incredibly loud. We couldn't sleep. I tried to tell the receptionist but he didnt seem to care. The music finally stopped 2 am.

I love the sound of mariachi bands and this hotel is in the place where the mariachi bands wait to be employed for the night. The hotel was clean and comfortable and well positioned for an easy walk to the centre of town.
