This is an old hotel, maybe from the 60's 70's, I believe the carpets are from that time, look so dirty, beds are terrible, my room was 406, even these are large rooms the furniture is extremely old and is all dirty. The reception is the worst service, I checked in by 9 pm and took like 40 mins to do the check in, even that I made a reservation through a website, they didn't find it. They do not accept American Express for payments, the bathroom was like almost everything in the room dirty. The only "positive" is the TV, flat screen and almost all channels worked.

Hotel is located on walking distance from Zona Rosa and Reforma. Staff was very helpful and professional. Room, bathroom were clean, bed sheets clean and comfortable bed. WiFi was available. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has two choices for rooms, ones are in the refurbished building (modern section) and others in the old building (traditional section). Although the difference in prices isn't too much, it seems there's a difference in the room quality. I stayed for a weekend here and selected it for its location and price, the room I got was in the Modern Section. Pros: The rooms' prices are relatively accessible and are perceived as newly refurbished. It has all the amenities: Cleaning kit (shampoo, soap, body lotion, bath cap), hair dryer, iron, safe, TV. The room has A/C and adequately ventilates the room. The mattress is comfortable. The room I got had street view, despite this, there was no noise inside. The location: It is located on a strategic place, a few blocks from Av. Paseo de la Reforma and a lot of nice coffee shops around. Cons: The wardrobe didn't have hangers. The service: The Front-desk staff doesn't attend to the calls, I repeatedly requested several items and they never arrived. The pillows are thin and a little uncomfortable. The elevator in the traditional section is uneven by a couple of centimeters. Suggestions: Request the Single Superior Room in the Modern Section, not too shabby!

Besides the great location near Reforma. This place doesn't have much to offer. You get what you pay for. $22 plus taxes up to 35. Terrible furniture no remote for my tv. I didn't want to take pics. I picked the hotel because of its low price and arrived to CDMX after midnight. So it was brief. But wouldn't recommend this place

I have to admit that alot of times persons write reviews out of spite. This was my second time at this hotel (this time staying for two nights instead of just one) and I was not disappointed. I mean yes, there was a hiccup seeing that when I arrived I was given a departure room which wasn´t clean, but having worked in tourism for quite a while you KNOW that hiccups can happen. The service from Front Desk was EXCELLENT. My only con would be the cost of the international TOLL FREE call I needed to make to my bank to unblock my card....it was ridiculous.....
