When I checked out, I paid in cash. This hotel, however, after I left, charged the credit card I had on file and continues to tell card services that I never paid. SOBs. Keep your receipts for this place (though I will never return).

This boutique hotel is at a walking distance from Turibus and tram. It is located in a very nice and quiet neighbourhood with cosy restaurants nearby. Shopping area in Zona Rosa is also near. So that, it is perfecto to explore the town. Since I travelled alone, I got a double room single use in the worst area of the... More

Excellent facilities for the price - wifi good, beds are beds when you go to hotels but a little hard, they do lot speak a great deal of English but the area is excellent and full of students who speak Inglis. Would recommend for anyone looking for a good easy to find place in Mexico

We spent a total of 3 nights here in conjunction with a G Adventures tour. Our room was on the 2nd floor and had a double bed, sofa, fridge, safe, coffee pot and dinette table. It had a very small balcony and faced a small park. There was adequate free wifi and a very simple continental breakfast was included. The... More

This boutique hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood of Mexico City with nice restaurants at a walking distance as well as taxis and the Turibus stop. The hotel itself is clean, rooms are great if you are looking for a place to shower and sleep while you spend all day exploring Mexico city. Breakfast is good too with... More

I was happy with my stay. The breakfast was good with fruit, yogurt, cheese, coffee, granola and eggs, usually prepared Mexican style. The room was also nice: Spacious with a separate sleeping and living area, kitchenette, dinning area, couch and so on. The decor was rustic in the good sense of the term. The neighbourhood was nice too. Having said... More

They don't respect the reservations, we paid for a 3 night reservations online, and when we arrive at the place our reservation was taken, they try to give us a junior suite that was so tiny and dirty that you have to share the bed with the bugs the rooms are discussing basically, the price is not worthy

Came for a conference. Loved it. Great room, nice ladies make breakfast each morning. Bohemian neighborhood with lots of funky places (and of course a Starbucks). Most of the staff speaks English in case your Spanish lacks. Would definitely stay again.

Room was smelling. The bathroom stench, was almost unbearable and unfortunately had nowhere else to travel, except into the room. Dark room and even the lighting provided was very poor. Housekeeping was a big zero too. Earlier this was a super property, last stay. This time, seems to have really gone down In every possible way.

Staying in Roma

Neighborhood Profile
Roma
Known for its constant cultural and gastronomic developments, Roma, is a beautiful neighborhood that was once the place for poets such as Kerouac and Ginsberg to call home. Galleries, museums and even private residences are on beautiful display when walking through Colima street to do some necessary shopping or when going to the classic Cine Tonalá to enjoy a delicious dinner and a great film. Top notch cafés, gourmet restaurants and food markets all around will surely catch your senses by surprise.
