My brother booked this hotel thought that they would give free shuttle to the airport .but no shuttle on top no one was pickinng up call at front. It was excauting already for him from a long flight.not recommending this hotel.
Really nice people, very clean rooms. Great location!!!. Starbucks conveniently located at the lobby of the hotel. We will stay for sure on your next visit. The stay was very pleasant. Room service had a variety of food.
It is very well located, however there is nothing special to say about this hotel. The rooms are quite cold and a not cozy at all. I should say service is good, not great. The breakfast buffet is good.
The facility offers a great place for rest and business with super friendly staff. Rooms are very comfy and relaxing. Great food choices, especially at breakfast. Nice location that is close to a number of fine places to see. Try this out if you are in Mexico City, Mexico
I stayed at this hotel during a work trip to the city. The service from the staff is good, very friendly and professional. The restaurant on the main floor serves a solid breakfast buffet for $240mxn, not bad value and lots of options. I found the beds to be very firm so some guests may not like that. Otherwise the rooms are very clean, modern and comfortable. The cleaning staff do a great job of keeping it that way as well. The black out curtains were a great idea, being in the city you get a lot of light from the street and other buildings but the curtains block it all out. Great location too in the heart of the commercial district. Plenty of restaurants and shops around, including a mall and grocery store. Small gym available in the hotel as well. You'll get a solid work out with the weights, cable machine and cardio equipment.…
Stayed at this hotel because it is near my work place. The room is very very basic with no refrigerator. The buffet is fair as well as majority are mexican cuisine. I’d stay here again for work but it is 40 mins away from centro historico so i wouldn’t consider this for vacation.
Came with my family on a two week business trip. Felt sick with allergy. When we looked under the bed, you could see the amount of dust like the bed had never been moved for cleaning. Valet pkg scratched our rental twice and denied it plus never came up with the videos. Besides this, the hotel has a good location, Starbucks at the lobby, good restaurant and right next to a small mall.
The hotel is clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet has good quality ingredients and wonderful variety! Something not unique to this hotel but in general hotels in Mexico are the doors! The doors don’t seal very well and you can hear the noise from the hallway very loud.
This was an excellent hotel with a great location. A mall was close by for shopping, just across a nice patio area. There was an excellent restaurant in the property. This was a good value for the money.
Having not been to Mexico City before, I was a little unsure about this hotel in terms of security, up-to-dateness, and convenience in navigating the city for my business trip. The price was well below that of other hotels recommended by my employer, and this added to my angst. I stayed here because a colleague preferred not to stay at other company-recommended hotels. All this said, however, I thought this hotel was absolutely great. It was clean, modern, and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I was very happy with the security. The housekeeping staff kept my room fresh, the few meals I had at the hotel restaurant were tasty and reasonably priced, and check-in/-out was simple. One note: for me the bed was a bit firm, but I adjusted to it after a night or two. It was five block from my workplace, so I could walk back and forth without the added expense of a hired driver. As a female traveling to a unknown city, I found myself comfortable and safe relatively quickly. I will definitely stay here again whenever I travel to Mexico City for work (or fun).…
