This hostal is in a nice area, surrounded by multitudes of restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was quick. The service was friendly. Everyone was extremely helpful. If I get the chance to return to Mexico City, I will definitely return to Hostal Centro Historico Regina.

We are happy to know that you will return in your next chance. Maybe next time you could visit our rooftop-terrace bar, which gets pretty lively. We sell food and beverages; where our guests have really good times. We definitely recommend it on your next visit. More

Looking for somewhere to stay in Mexico City? Hostel Regina is a fairly new hostel located just 5 minutes from the Zocalo. Dorms are light and airy with large French windows overlooking the street and the bathrooms are spotless. There’s also a kitchen with plenty of fridge space and a restaurant downstairs that serves up delicious cooked breakfasts (included in... More

I didn't have much experience of staying in hostels before but my friend & I really enjoyed staying here. All in all, we stayed 5 nights booking a private room with 2 beds & own bathroom. The place was spotless. We had a lovely, street-facing room with a mezzanine layout. It had a small balcony overlooking the street which might be... More

By far the best hostel I've stayed at anywhere! Central location, magnificent building, clean, spacious, great value and everything is handy. What actually makes this place is the staff, they were more than a lot of fun, helpful at every turn and just great value all around. So, out of the things that you need to know - free interent... Thank you for your review. We are pleased to know that our staff helped you every time you needed and that you enjoyed our facilities. Indeed, in our rooftoop is common to see guests having a good time, where we also sell beer and cocktails. So finding beverages is not a problem in our hostel. But in case you want... More

Perfect location, you can find lots of interesting places nearby, the staff is very polite and helpful (hard to find in services, when staying at this city) there's a public kitchen you can use anytime you want, when inside the hostal can feel safe, the place is always under vigilance ,it has a couple of common places, they offer different... Thank you for your kind comment. Be sure that our main concern is our guests having a good time! We apologize for the cleaning problem you mention, usually it is not like that at all. As you say, that day we had the kids situation and we were not able to fix them sooner. You might like to know that... More

Free internet (3 computers), cosy restaurant, delicious breakfast typically including a sandwich or some mexican-style eggs with coffee and a big glass of freshly-squeezed orange juice. The rooftop area is nice but without a... More
