Our first time in Mexico City and so glad we spent our 4 nights at Villa Condesa. Charming 1st floor room with bonus step down outside patio (room 11), spacious bathroom and kept beautifully clean. We had a nice little breakfast each morning served by kind efficient staff which set us up well for our sightseeing. Location just right, quiet but on edge of trendy/classy neighbourhood and easy to walk to historical centre or get metro (to Ángel etc), and fab choice of restaurants to walk to (our top recommendation world be La Capital, loved it). Price very reasonable we thought and would highly recommend.

Villa Condesa is beautiful, clean and welcoming. It feels like you're in a home. Great decor and wonderful staff. Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay before Puerto Escondido. Our early checkout was handled perfectly so we didn't have to race to the airport.

So many choices! We could not have been more pleased with this small, quiet and comfortable place for our first trip to Mexico City. We stayed 8 nights. The neighborhood is quiet, green and convenient. While we might have enjoyed the second floor more, room 5 had a huge shower, soft sheets and curtains that made the room completely dark. Excellent sleeping! It opened to a private outdoor seating area, great for extending our space and enjoying the air. Hector was a terrific host; the others need to look up from the computer and greet their guests. Hector works afternoons and evenings and was always interested and had good suggestions. Breakfast team very caring. Fresh fruit and granola and well prepared egg dishes every day. Super easy to get snacks later. Nothing was cookie cutter and we enjoyed our neighborhood walks too. Look no further!

The location, service, and cleanliness are excellent! All the personnel really make you feel at home. You can find many cozy corners to relax. If you don't mind low shower pressure and hearing the wooden floors cracking when people walk near your room, this is an excellent place to stay! Next time I go to Mexico City, I will definitely stay there again.

We spent one happy week at Hotel Villa Condesa. The location was perfect and the room was clean, comfortable, quiet, and pretty. The breakfasts were a great way to start each day, with many choices of entrees (all good!) and a lovely setting. The staff was helpful and friendly.

Small boutique hotel. Great choice for for solo travelers or couples. I was at Hotel Villa Condesa for 5 days and changed rooms during my stay. Definitely prefer ground floor location so if stairs are an issue I would check with the hotel first to confirm. Breakfast is included. Pretty standard, but good. Perfect location and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, parks, tourists attractions. The staff will make you feel warm and welcomed and they know your name! I highly recommend for your stay in CDMX.

This hotel is tucked away on a quiet street in Condesa, and is a short walk from anything you'd like. There's a convenience store just down the block, and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel had breakfast included which is nice, provided filtered water and had turndown service every day. Highly recommend if you are staying in the Condesa region.

First time staying in a boutique hotel and it was such a lovely experience. I'm so glad we canceled our Airbnb and booked with Hotel Villa Condesa instead. The staff were really friendly and kept the place so clean. Overall the place was so cozy and welcoming. We even spent one evening drinking wine on one of the outdoor patios in a thunderstorm cause we were so comfy...how can you beat that? If you're staying in Condesa and want a unique accommodation that's easily walkable to some amazing restaurants then book this!

My girlfriend and i were impressed with this quaint bed and breakfast style accommodation. Both its own atmosphere and the surroundings were ideal. As I had read ahead of time, the food was simple but excellent! I wish I had tried the red sauce (ranchero) earlier! When we later stayed in Polanco, we both agreed that Villa Condesa was the better option and was also much better value! Muchas gracias!

This was the perfect home base for our first visit to CDMX. The room was excellent with an incredibly comfortable bed. We slept amazingly with the highly effective air conditioning and didn't hear a sound from outside the room. The included breakfasts were a great start to the day with a variety of delicious options. And after a long day exploring the city, the variety of seating areas around the property were lovely for lounging, and provided cover even when it was raining. The location is ideal for exploring the Condesa, with many parks and restaurants within a few blocks! Highly recommended.
