Great value for money hotel with all you require for few days exploring Mexico city. Great location for access to city centre rooms simple but clean and functional, staff pleasant and despite our lack of Spanish very helpful. Highly recommend

Really value the money!! I stayed 3 weeks in this hotel during my visit to Mexico city. The hotel was really clean, rooms very spacious, bed is huge and comfortable, the location in the middle of the Zona Rosa was absolutely ideal. The Insurgentes Subway is literally 5 minutes walking across the street and the Reforma Avenue 10 minutes walking... More

I just stayed a night there. The bathrooms were clear. The elevator took forever - it was somewhat slow. The rooms were clean but the the beds were very short - i am less than 6 ft tall and my legs were sticking out. It was very inexpensive though- it is a good price/location deal

We wanted a hotel that would be a comfortable destination within walking distance to many districts - and this is such a hotel. Fairly spacious and comfortable rooms made for an excellent crash pad when arriving back late. The surprise of this hotel is BREAKFAST. It's awesome, local, fresh and tasty, so be sure to include this in your hotel... More

This is a good hotel when visiting Mexico City. Located nearby the zona rosa and insurgentes Subway station to move around the city. I would not recommend to eat breakfast at its restaurant, there are better places nearby at walking distance for lower cost.

The staff working at the hotel were all very nice, quick service. Our room was huge, and very clean. I really liked the location of the hotel too. For me the only "miss" was the hardness of the bed, I understand that Mexican hotels tend to have firmer beds than U.S. beds, but this one was overly firm. Also the... More

Mexico City is a fun hidden gem of a city. There is so much there and it saddens me that Americans are discouraged from visiting there. Police presence is everywhere so I'm not sure what is not safe! Every large city needs to be approached with caution. The staff of the hotel is very accommodating, food is excellent, location is... More

No room service, run down, bed had someones hair, bathroom was ridiculously small and had to miss an important call because there was no one at the front desk for over 20 minutes. Tv is terrible, only a few channels where visible The internet was good and had no problem with water

...............let me begin by offering what the hotel does not have in the poorly cleaned rooms. My room had no wash cloths, hand towels, coffee maker, iron or refrigerator. If you plan to sleep in or cure a hangover, forget it. There is an elementary school in front of the hotel which means an obligatory wake-up call around 7:15 in... More
