I was looking for a hotel near the WTC in CDMX after looking to a few I found Hotel Novit to my surprise it was 5 out of 5 very clean staff was very professional very helpful at all times Señor Juan Pablo was amazing he got me transportation he helped me schedule a covid test in general he was more than good!!! The only thing in my personal opinion the restaurant and breakfast are not 5/5 I will recommend to look at other options. There are a lot of restaurants very close. I’m very happy with Hotel Novit and next time I’m back to CDMX I will be staying with them!
Spent a week here with my son. The hotel is clean, the rooms are quiet and comfortable, and the location is excellent. The hotel is on Insurgentes so you can walk to lots of restaurants etc., but nestled up against a nice neighborhood. Best thing about the Novit is the staff! They are why this hotel is my go-to place to stay in CDMX.
Nice hotel. AWFUL wifi. Unusable. 10% of the time it was 75mb/s and 90% of the time it was 200-400kb/s. I had stayed here a few times before and had good wifi, which is why I returned but this time is was a constant frustration. The lady at the front desk was even nice enough to let me change rooms because I got a fast speed test on that floor. 75mb/s by the elevator, 500kb/s in the room. If wifi is important to you, pick another hotel.
Wonderful hotel in Mexico City, we spend the holidays in Novit and was great, all the people it's very nice and helpful anytime. Juan Pablo help us to get a COVID test for our return tu US, we enjoyed a lot of the Food and we spend a lot of nights in the patio. Very clean, very nice and great people, no doubt we will return in the next oportunity. Thanks to everyone in novit, (Front Desk, Concierge, Restaurant, Housekeeping) Happy new Year!
I stayed here while visiting family who live nearby over the Christmas holiday. The hotel was fantastic and I will stay there again in the future when visiting. The price to quality ratio was as good as you could ask for. The rooms were large, with very comfortable beds, and incredibly clean. The bathroom was also nice and large, with a large and very modern shower. The only catch in the room was that there was no door between the sink area in the bathroom and the hallway. There is a separate toilet cabinet with a door. But if you come out of the shower, there is no door between you and the hallway. You're not technically facing the room, so there is still some privacy. But it's a bit strange. I was sharing a room with my mom, so it could have been a bit weird, but it actually was fine once we got used to it. And it shouldn't be an issue if you are on your own or traveling as a couple. The restaurant is very nice. Breakfast is fast, comfortable, and pretty much as much as you could possibly eat of pretty good food. (We didn't have dinner there because we ate out with family.) The indoor seating area is a decent size and bright, and there is a large and very well landscaped patio area if you want to eat outside. That was especially welcome during covid. The hotel takes many covid precautions and feels very safe. One fantastic one is that you can reserve the gym for an hour so that you have it all to yourself. The staff at both the hotel and the restaurant are also both incredibly friendly and efficient. And they can arrange for you to get a covid test on the day of departure. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hotel. It doesn't have a scenic lobby or fancy decor in the rooms or anything like that. But for the money, it is pretty amazing. Especially if you have a reason to stay in the neighborhood. And even if you are coming to Mexico City just as a tourist, you are a 10-30 minute and very affordable ($5-10) Uber ride from many of the places you might go to eat, sightsee, etc. It's also an easy trip to and from the airport.…
My room was spotless and the food was outstanding. With all the food options close the hotel, I found myself going back to eat on property, especially for dinner. It is a lovely little hotel with helpful staff all around. I felt safe and well cared for during my stay there and would recommend to anyone traveling to Mexico City for business or pleasure.
Very good for a business trip. Good location on the main insurgences avenue. comfortable and spacious rooms and very good service. Restaurant was also nice, with a couple band playing soft live music.
Great hotel . Rooms are clean. They have great driver Mario vargas. If you want to be safe and get to visit Mexico best restaurants and shopping his price are great, this my second time in the hotel and driver service.
Modern and clean, with convenient location and easy access to transport. A few blocks away form WTC, and in an area plenty of restaurants. Breakfast is not its highest point: only 2 options, both poor and not as expected. Good service at the front desk. Not a good idea to have dinner there: restaurant is slow and offers limited number of low quality dishes.
Basically a decent enough business hotel, room fine, free WiFi. Breakfast buffet was adequate with attentive staff. Best thing was close locality to a couple of good restaurants. Around 25 mins to the airports
