I enjoyed this hotel. Very nice rooms and I like that its walking distance to a mall with some really good restaurants. This is nice when you have multiple nights and don't want to eat at the hotel restaurant each night.

The hotel is perfect for a business traveller. It might be equally good for other purposes but I didn't use any facilities or amenities, so can't judge. The room was large, the service was very good and breakfast was perfect. Good choice nicely presented.

Very convenient location, close to the main hotels and offices in Santa Fe, although it is far from the city center and Polanco area. Extraordinary breakfast, great service and reasonably priced for what offers.

Visited here on a business trip to Mexico City. Traffic in the city means it's a considerable distance from the centre, and I wouldn't stay here as a tourist. However, it's in a safe area. Friendly and helpful staff, a good range of food for breakfast and a nice menu in the restaurant. Not particularly Mexican menu.

Westin is nice and trendy within the vicinity of business park and Santa Fe area .. breakfast is good but not that when compare to other Westin places. Nearby 5 min Walk u find Super market and small shopping mall to get your needy stuff.

We were here for a company-sponsored event. The event venue was perfect, the food was excellent, and the service was perfect. I spent four nights at the hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable, with a nice view overlooking one of Mexico City's few wooded expanses. Housekeeping was a little slow for my taste, but was responsive when I...

The hotel is beautiful and the service was 5 stars. They truly care for their guests well. I came down with a flu and the hotel made sure I had a ton of water and picked up medicine for me at the pharmacy. This is truly above and beyond for service. The food and executive lounge area makes this my...

I'm staying here for 3 nights (tomorrow is my check out date). I have to say that all the staff is very, very kind and the hotel is very nice. The only things I would change are that if you want to use WiFi you have to pay 185 pesos per day. And the other thing is that when they...
