The hote is in a very nice area, where other hotels are and business offices. Gum is super good with plenty of equipment and free weights Being a titanium, I had access to the club longe on the roof top. They have full blfst including made to order eggs. Also open for lunch and dinner. All the staff there (only recal Victor) is extremely helpful and are constantly asking if you need anything. Food was great as well and the deinks have a good selection. The spa is very well kept and the massage I got was amazing !!! If I return to the area, for sure stay there

I stayed at the Westin Santa Fe hotel during my first business trip to Mexico City. Staff was very friendly upon check-in, my Bonvoy status was acknowledged, and I was upgraded to a suite on the 8th floor. The room was spacious, clean, and functional. There was also a welcome snack in my room. Breakfast was good, but the buffet was not as extensive as other international Westins and Marriotts. Choices included typical breakfast fare plus some local fruits and juices. Needless to say, staff was friendly and responsive. The executive lounge had a decent spread, the staff there was extremely friendly, and the outdoor views were spectacular. Now for the hiccups: - the rooftop pool is slightly larger than a bathtub, yes somewhat of an exaggeration but definitely not to scale for this large property. The kicker - it was covered all three nights during my stay, with no sign or explanations - someone claiming to be from the front desk called late one night, asking me to verify my last name [the front desk clerk verified that they did call me the previous night] - a uniformed hotel staff knocked at my door after 11pm the same night as the phone call to tell me my phone was off the hook (it wasn't!). What a weird incident! - there were several restaurant charges on my folio totaling over $600 that I saw as I was checking out. The front desk staff did make the adjustments to remove them, but it was very disconcerting especially considering the two incidents above I will consider staying at this property again primarily because of my room and the friendly staff, hopefully there will not be any hiccups next time around.

I checked in for a long stay at the Westin & the room was quite spacious & well lit with basic amenities as would be expected of a 4 star. I was provided a room on the higher floor which was appreciated. The breakfast too was quite decent & the waiters were quite attentive to any requests. The Sunday breakfast served on the terrace came with a bonus view of the surroundings. The thing that put me off during my stay was the mini refrigerator. On day#1, I found the refrigerator would not open up - the technician did the needful. I realized on Day 2 that the light was flickering & there was no cooling at all & notified the front desk who fixed the flickering issue but did nothing to check the cooling. On Day#3 i again voiced my concern but to no avail. On Day 4 I called for the Guest relation Officer to voice my concern & she promptly attended to the issue & had a technician replace the mini refrigerator with a new one with cooling as expected. It took the Westin management 4 days to fix a simple issue. The guest relationship officer apologized & also promised a points credit to my Marriott's Bonvoy as a compensation. During my 2 week long stay, we crossed paths twice & each time she promised to credit the points. Its been almost 3 weeks now that i have checked out & everything seems to be forgotten. I sent a couple of reminders but they've fell on deaf ears. Promises are meant to be broken it seems! If this is the quality of service, an Elite Gold member of Marriotts' gets at Westin, then I'd probably reconsider my decision the next time i'm in Santa Fe on a business visit.

Probably one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff here are outstanding. From Fani in housekeeping that kept our room spotless and always left an extra towel, to the concierge, Jerry, who managed a last minute tour to the restaurant staff who made it possible for a long stay with no monotony in dining. A special mention has to go to Joel in the restaurant who listened to any concern and acted on it right away. Nothing was too complicated or off the wall for him to deal with it. All in all a magnificent hotel in an amazing city with outstanding people.

I was surprised about the service from everybody , always welcoming and giving the extra mile at every question I ask. The room may not be as fancy as other Westin Hotels but at the same time is in the top if we compare. The food is a real Mexican state of the art, todays day is almost imposible to find a good place in that serves good quality real Mexican food and I was surprised about the variety of real Mexican taste and quality in their breakfast bufete. Because the quality and service this place is underpriced if we compare to others in the area

My wife and I spent three and a half weeks at the Westin Santa Fe and I could not be happier. The room, the food, the location, the staff were all well above any of my expectations. First, the room. A great view through the double wall of glass, a very comfortable bed and not a thing more that we could have asked for. A great place to rest and recuperate after a day in CDMX traffic. The location is excellent. Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and offices with a complete feeling of safety and security. If you are craving Japanese, Mexican, Continental, Fusion or just a Starbucks it's all at your fingertips. But why would you eat out? The food at the hotel was excellent. Each dish that we tried during our stay was perfectly prepared, delightfully presented and we never doubted the skill of the chefs or the line cooks. The Sunday Brunch was amazing, fresh seafood, charcuterie, "antojitos", pizza, pasta, fruit and an amazing array of dishes that invited you to try. All these superlatives cannot begin to express the admiration and respect I have for the staff. From the bell men who greet you at the door with a genuine smile, the front desk staff that go out of their way to make your stay memorable to the housekeeper who changed her schedule to meet ours, I am grateful for them. There are a lot of standouts but the Market Restaurant staff were the reason our stay will always rate at the top. Joel, Juan and the Chef run a tight ship. The wait staff were professional but very friendly, we were genuinely sad to leave. They made our time in CDMX memorable. Congratulation Westin Santa Fe, you have a real winner here. Your facilities are good but the staff are exceptional!

Good insonorization, good position for business. House keeping to be revisited for sure, lot of things do not work in the room (like the coffee machine). Breakfast correct, not very large choice, can become chaotic at rush hours. There is no pool, but a bathtub on the roof, 3m long, 2 m wide, 0.9 m deep...enjoy your swim...

I have not been to Mexico City since 2012. A lot has changed in a decade. The Santa Fe area as it is now was nothing like it before. In fact -- I think it was the city dump area! But now it is thriving with great restaurants and hotels. My stay at the Westin was made that much more enjoyable by the new GM Joel Martin and the wonderful restaurant staff who treated me -- solo female business traveler with great care and attention. I invited a business colleague I hadn't seen since my last trip to stay for dinner and the staff -- from check Erick Escalante and Captain Noe Obispo to servers Eduardo, Jesus and Armando took great care of us. They made it a wonderful return to Mexico City.

Starting with the welcome and the help from Brenda and Charlie from the front desk this stay has been wonderful. I am in the middle of my stay but wanted to write the review while things are fresh in my mind. This hotel is beautiful, the views, the restaurant, the suite I am in 306 are all terrific. I’ve been to Mexico City many times and have always stayed in either reforma or Polanco but highly recommend the Santa Fe area and in particular the Westin. The club lounge is closed but since I am titanium elite they gave me free heavy appetizers and a wonderful breakfast in their beautiful restaurant. I will stay here again without reservation and encourage anyone else to stay here as well. Great property, great customer service.
