We stayed a week in the hotel and were very pleased with the friendly staff, comfortable room, and central location across from the Zocalo. From the welcome drink to checkout, we enjoyed what felt like personal service. We bought drinks and sandwiches at the convenient 24 hour deli, and reasonably priced breakfasts at the restaurant, where the view of the...

Spent two nights here as a replacement for Historico Central that got some problems with sewage at the time of our visit. Central location and overall lovely premises, but I'd say the overall quality was only average. The room we got was clean, but it was super-dark as there was only tiny window. I hate dark spaces and dark rooms....

I had a great three-night stay. From the welcome drink to the gorgeous room (#515 overlooking the Zocalo), I was immediately at ease. The property is clean, well-maintained, and the staff was always helpful when I needed something. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect central location, especially with room facing the square. Sixth floor restaurant has fantastic views. Could be noisy in square at times but relatively small price to pay. Would definitely stay at this hotel again

The employees are friendly and nice to help guests with any problems, especially Alexandra and Eduardo. Alexandra is a beautiful and sweet young Mexican girl. She helped us with all travel agency arrangements because we barely speak Spanish. The view from the rooftop restaurant is great. You can have a whole view of the old Mexican City square from there. This hotel is very well located, close to the metro station and popular museums, cafes, and zona roja. The staff are corteous and are very attentive. The rooms could use a bit of remodelling but overall it is confortable and in the heart of Mexico City

The location is perfect! In particular the junior suite I stayed in TEMPLO MAJOR room 215 has an unparelleled direct view of the zocalo and cathedral, no alarm clock is necessary on sundays, since the cathedral bells will wake you up with a pleasant call to prayer! The staff are some of the best I have encountered in many years...

I stayed here with friends for one night. The location was perfect because after we checked in, we were able to walk to all the major sites in one afternoon.
