Great location, staff very helpful, rooms clean and a good size, with a nice roof top terrace bar ,which over looks Zocalo Square .My only complaint is not the Hotel ,but the fact this review has to be 200 characters or more

Complimentary bottles of water and lovely crisp apples were appreciated. Hotel is situated right at the main square with the Palacio de Nacional, and Templo Mayor very close by. Easy walk to plenty of restaurants. Staff were all very pleasant, and happy to assist with any queries. Buffet breakfast very substantial. My room was fairly small, but I found it... More

This was a brilliant selection for brunch/ lunch. Very yummy and lots to choose from. staff where attentive, and they had space for a buggy and a high chair. Be warned tho, that they won't let you sit with a child/ baby on the terrace part because it is also a smoking section.

Just ask, and the friendly staff will make it happen. Super centrally located with fantastic terrace restaurant overlooking the square, you will find yourself gravitating back for more. Housekeeping has been outstanding, thanks Luisa. One small tip is to ensure you window is closed at night, blocks out the street sounds very efeffectively.

My first time at this hotel and I will definitely be going back. Some reviewers have complained about the size of some rooms and mine was 'cosy' but I expect this in an old building so I wasn't disappointed. The staff are fabulous - Tania and her colleague who arrange tours and generally care for any need for any need... More

The lobby was nice and the service was perfect, but unfortunately our room was small dark and gloomy. The wifi was fine and the location was excellent right on the zocolo. To submit this review tripadvisor requires I have more letters but I have nothing else to say!

I stayed here two night and I couldn't have enjoyed it more. Rooms are small, but big enough for me and very clean and accommodating. Staff is very friendly and attentive. They have free water bottles in the rooms and the hallway fridges which is a small, but much appreciated touch unlike other hotels that charge you for it. The... More

The two lovely women at the Customer Care desks were EXTREMELY helpful for anything we needed to know and find during our stay. Transportation, tours, advice, all with great smiles and friendly demeanor. Thanks for making our stay fabulous!
