Landed in MexicoDF we where waited by a airport shuttle service driver from the hotel. Once at the hotel we had a warm welcome just like in any 4/5star the doorman took our bags and another receptionist offer us a welcome drink. We had a super nice totally new renovated room and the assistant told us the entire 1st floor... More

The hotel is just steps away from the Zocalo / Square which makes it the perfect location. The service is five star and the staff goes above and beyond to see that your stay is perfect. The restaurant upstairs is my favorite in the city for breakfast, and the dinner is also top notch. For the all round experience, this... More

It's not ultra luxury but it's very, very clean and comfortable. The location is great -- right next to Zocalo square and the Centro Historico. But the best aspect is the staff -- friendly, helpful, and patient. The best kind of care you want to have at a hotel. The concierge and his department in particular went out of his/their... More

Wonderful time all around. My room was small but very clean and nicely furnished in traditional Mexican style. The restaurant is a gem located on the balcony with a retractable roof and looking over the cathedral and Zocalo. The food is truly delicious and when I ask that my order come without onion rings because I am gluten intolerant the... More

I am very happy with the service, price and location of this hotel. The service was excellent Eduardo, Zuriel, Hari, and Sergio help us in every way they could. Extra coffee, umbrellas, directions, purchasing tickets to El ballet Folklórico, and even getting bikes ready to ride around Zocalo. Which was fun :) Now location was perfect! You are literally in... Fabulous hotel, centrally placed and excellent service. From the moment we arrived (chilled face towel and hibiscus juice offered) we were made to feel very welcome. The level of English is excellent and the staff were attentive, polite and professional. We ate mostly in the superb restaurant with its stunning views over the central square. Great menu, pricey but top... More

The Zocalo is just a great place to walk around and take in the colonial architecture, the faces, the colors, the sounds of Mexico City. Lots of great places to eat! I'm not sure I've ever seen so many museums in one area. It's all very affordable if you compare it to any American city. The entrance fee at the... More

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. It is located right on Zocalo Square in front of the cathedral. Three things are important concerning this hotel. 1. It is near some of the most important sights in the city. 2. Service is paramount. Edwardo and Lizeth went well beyond the call of duty to help us with everything from touring to flight confirmations. 3. The hotel is an excellent value for all you receive.
