Downtown location. Room clean and relatively soundproofed. No good restaurant choices inside & around. the hotel. No shopping at walking distance. Walking distance to cathedral and central plaza (Zocalo)

I had a wonderful 4 night stay at Barcelo, the room was clean and tidy. I enjoyed the continental buffet breakfast which I had every morning. The breakfast was sufficient, and had a mix of American and local dishes. The front desk staff were wonderful- whenever I had a specific request, they made sure to assist me as best as they could. The pool is a great way to wind down after a busy day.

Clean room with excellent service. There were so many food choices at the buffet and everything was excellent! We also enjoyed drinks at the Lobby bar while listening to live music with a violinist and pianist who were also excellent!

Very good value in CDMX for the price paid. Good hotel. Good service. Good options for dining and having a drink. Small details that could be easily fixed. Like the worn out upholstery on the lounge chairs in each room. They are way beyond their lifecycle.

Bar el Reforma Mexico from the moment we arrived til the time we left the location was exceptional. We stayed on the 9th floor, my family and I used the pool, the beauty salon, the restaurants, the bar at the lobby, room service and more. Everyone was always ready to help and quick to deliver any request. We will definitely visit this location!

A very good convenient hotel to explore beautiful Mexico City Srita Martha in Reception was super nice and could not have been more helpful to accommodate us especially with a late flight back to the UK after check out and arranged for us to spend time at their Spa also populated with very lovely people

A maid or staff person came to our door at 8am and said she needed to check something in our room? When she saw that we had clearly been sleeping (because it's 8am on a Saturday), she said it's not a big deal and could just come back later. Me and wife got in late and couldn't go back to sleep after she woke us up. She completely derailed our weekend for us. I'm furious.

Love the location and service received here. All staff were really friendly in different areas of the hotel. We went on a big group of 16 people and no one had any complains or issues with the hotel. Will definitely recommend this place to friends and family.
