This was an unplanned layover and this hotel was close to the airport. They provide free shuttle to/from the airport. The rooms were decent, simple, maybe too much air freshener but otherwise serve the purpose. Nice updated bathroom and new mattresses. The biggest and the best surprise was the restaurant. The food was very traditional and well prepared, with great...

Very close to the airport and cheap. Internet extremely slow, the rooms are clean but with poor lighting. Very few selection of sweets at Breakfast. The restaurant is fine, the food is very good and well done

Pretty good hotel. Big room with nice queen beds. And the restaurant is so nice with a good Mexican food. We came from San Francisco and stayed there one night and it is very convenient and comfortable. It is nearby the airport. Only six minutes!

I stayed here when I had an 8 hour layover before heading home to the US. The shuttle picked me up quickly and dropped me off. I was greeted and treated with kindness. The room was comfy and had a great view of the city. I fell asleep fast and had a good rest. Came down and had shuttle pick...

Stayed for 3 nights for a concert across the street. Hotel staff speaks very little English and makes no effort to try to understand you. I had a translator on my phone, which was a lifesaver. The restaurant staff, however had a few waiters that spoke pretty good English and I had no problems with them. They were very accommodating...

My room was clean, good price, and the bar was nice. The staff were rude, slow and I asked to wake me up by phone and they never called, if it weren't because my phone alarm I would have missed my plane.

I stayed in this hotel, because I saw advertised at mexico city airport, they offer a $950 mxn /night ($50 USD). They offer airport transportation all the time, and hotel staff is attentive. I think they should improve the bell boy system. The room key generator system was not working at that moment. They only have one boy, and he...

It was midnight at the Mexico International Airport, my flight had been cancelled and they didn`t give me a hotel room because I´m airline staff, so I was feeling pretty miserable with 3 overweight bags, alone, and no idea what to do. Luckily, I found the Grand Prix Hotel office at the airport and within 15 minutes I had a...

We stayed one night, asked for the price in advance and when we got there (very late and tired) the price was changed to a higher rate. Then when it came time to ask for an invoice a TERRIBLE woman called LAURA CABRERA was the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with in hospitality. The lady has no manners whatsoever, is...
