I stayed in this hotel, because I saw advertised at mexico city airport, they offer a $950 mxn /night ($50 USD). They offer airport transportation all the time, and hotel staff is attentive. I think they should improve the bell boy system. The room key generator system was not working at that moment. They only have one boy, and he... More

It was midnight at the Mexico International Airport, my flight had been cancelled and they didn`t give me a hotel room because I´m airline staff, so I was feeling pretty miserable with 3 overweight bags, alone, and no idea what to do. Luckily, I found the Grand Prix Hotel office at the airport and within 15 minutes I had a... More

We stayed one night, asked for the price in advance and when we got there (very late and tired) the price was changed to a higher rate. Then when it came time to ask for an invoice a TERRIBLE woman called LAURA CABRERA was the rudest person we’ve ever dealt with in hospitality. The lady has no manners whatsoever, is... More

Chose this hotel for a layover between flights in Mexico City based on Trip Advisor reviews. I was very satisfied. The shuttle service was very good, although traffic in the area can be a nightmare. Arrived late on a Friday evening and was starving. Luckily the hotel restaurant (Monaco) was wonderful. Surprising to find such a pleasant dining experience in... More

The Hotel El Grand Prix was very convenient to Mexico City International airport and they have a pick up service to bring to/from airport as well. Room was very comfortable and overall service was good. Breakfast value for money could be improved however for buffet.

I decided to stay here after flight changes and one of the cheaper prices offered at the airport. However i soon learnt that i paid 20% more than usual. The lady in the airport informed me shuttle and breakfast was included for which i confirmed at check in. Which lead to another issue of poor english on the check in... More

Stayed here after we missed a flight. Were upgraded to suites, which was very kind of the staff, especially as we only paid 60USD. Huge mini apartments- though the decor downstairs was 'interesting' (a little Boogie Nights?!), the bedroom was huge and had all amenities. Only downside was there was quite a lot of street noise. Staff very friendly and... More

Stayed in King Executive Suite which has a huge meeting space below bedroom - spacious with lots of couches/big screen TVs. Not luxurious, but well-appointed. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. Don't think there's much in the neighborhood to draw one outside for a walk.

We were nervous to leave a concert late at night and travel Through the city so we chose here. It's literally across the street from the stadium and we saved ourselves the hassle of finding a taxi and fighting traffic. It's a little noisy as it is a high traffic area, and our wifi almost never worked. But nice at... More

The hotel has a shuttle that takes you to/from the airport. The rooms were alright, but they did not feel extremely clean as we would have liked... Nevertheless, it was a cheap alternative to spend the night on a layover in Mexico City. Not absolutely sure we would stay there again. I would pay a little extra to stay in... More
