Perfect stay. The room was large and well-appointed. The executive floor lounge with its breakfast and happy hour were great: the service was outstanding, especially from Ulises and Manuel, who remembered me and my typical drink orders and had them at my table almost before I could sit down. The hotel is very well-located next to the Alameda park and it is easy to walk to everything in the historic center of town. Tons of good restaurants both inside and outside of the hotel. Easy to get Uber or taxi, 30-45 mins from the airport depending on traffic and about 15 mins from the Anthropology Museum and other cultural sites
Great hotel in the middle of the city center. Walking distance to many sights. We stayed for three nights before we continued to Cancun. Vedy clean, stylish and typical Hilton. Great lobby, friendly staff, especially the concierge was so helpful and suggested great things for us to do with out kids in the city. Food was good. Has a good pool both inside and outside. Will stay there again if we visit Mexico city. Can highly recommend the hop on, hop of tourist bus that goes just down the road and you can see the most important sights of the city in a day.
I was in this hotel from July 10 to 14 /2022 with my husband in room 1129. The hotel location is excellent very close to the center. The room was clean large and very comfortable. The staff was super helpful very professional and friendly. Breakfast and service at the executive lunge was outstanding I will rate it 5 stars specially from Alejandro. Staff is excellent at the front desk specially from Obeh that was very professional and helpful. I will comeback again.
We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton Reforma. The rooms were large and comfortable, and the service was great. We ate at El Cardenal and Los Dones several times, and they were very good. There were some noisy restaurants and bars on the street nearby, but our rooms were quiet. The concierge was very friendly and helpful. I did think that the music in the lobby/bar area was too loud. The location of this hotel is very convenient to museums, restaurants, and historic places. I wish we had had a shower stall in the bathroom instead of a deep tub with only a partial glass enclosure.
We stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma for 7 nights and were impressed by the amenities at the property and size of the rooms. We had breakfast every morning at Los Dones, and Victor was a fantastic waiter. Lili went above and beyond in cleaning our room. Nayeli, the concierge, was very helpful and kind. We can’t wait to come back!
The staff at the Hilton Reforma are all incredibly friendly and helpful. Particularly Jesus in the Concierge. Jasmin in the Executive Lounge. And most especially Nico who took care of me and my room, she was amazing! Great place to stay in the Reforma District with great history, culture and restaurants.
The food is great. Rooms were clean. Staff is super friendly. Great location!! Adan at breakfast was super friendly and helpful! We were able to have all of our needs met. I would stay here again especially for location.
This centrally-located large hotel is situated a 20-minute walk from the Zocalo (main square) and across the street from a park and Sanborn’s, a department store/pharmacy. The lobby is renovated with a bar and plenty of seating space. The rooms are a good size with great views of the city. They were clean but have not been renovated in a while. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff is excellent at the front desk. But not the concierge which couldn’t provide a restaurant recommendation in the Roma neighborhood. The food at the hotel is great, including catering. The breakfast buffet ($20pp) has made to order omelettes. There are 2 restaurants: El Cardenal and Sonora steakhouse. Cardenal is popular for brunch so you have to make a reservation in advance. Sonora was good both times we ate there. Room service was delivered timely, warm and delicious. The outdoor pool is long and skinny, only enough for 1, maybe 2 people to do laps. There are loungers. We enjoyed the spa, the massage therapists are skilled. There is a safe, iron and ironing board in the room. During the day walking around is not an issue, but is not recommended at night. Taxis are plentiful and so is Uber. Covid tests are provided on-site at a pricey $40 per person.…
Didn't stay for the rooms but I was impressed by the Bar and I simply made a stop at the premise and spent some bucks. The high-ceiling and spacious facilities make it an ideal place for watching soccer matches. Would certainly return again when I am next in CDMX.
