There is no service staff at nights, only a guard that, although is willing to help, is not trained on the check-in process. If you are checking in with a credit card, chances are you will have to wait a long time until a receptionist arrives from another hotel. Rooms are not quiet as you can here all kind of...

The suites are very well located, half a block from Presidente Mazaryk, a great shopping boulevard in Polanco. My room was very clean, with a good decent bathroom. They have a homey feeling, makes you feel like you were staying with a relative. Nice continental breakfast, friendly staff, great option

Only one Internet box for all 4 or 5 floors, except PB there's no signal. I always have to go down and use Internet (especially at the night it's cold!!) I complain but they didn't improve. I told them I put the clothes on the bed for laundry service, and they forgot many times. I stayed there for almost one...

They have an antiquated service system. Their customer care is terrible. They have a capable staff working until 6 pm then after that you are to fend for yourself. If you are planning on checking in past midnight they might not let you in as was my experience. I would not be given the room I had registered and paid...

The location is great, you will find close bars and restaurants, malls everything you need. Suites are clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is that there was some noise in the morning as my room was very close to the parking. Other than that I loved staying here.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The suites are very neat and spacious. When one of our company had some trouble with the noise, she could move to another suite. They also printed our boarding passes for us. Breakfast was simple but good, the cook even bakes an egg or an omelet if you wish. The location is...

*****Please note: correct address is Aristoteles 140 (not 225 as shown by TripAdvisor)***** Call me old-fashioned, but I've always felt a hotel's primary purpose is to be a place where you can sleep for the night. Alas, L'Heritage fails on even this basic yardstick. Let's start with the rooms: most of them overlook either the ramp down into the underground...

My wife is touring Mexico and needed a hotel for a two-night stay in Mexico City, Sunday 2/15 and Monday 2/16. Hotwire offered me a “hot deal” and I booked it. It turned out to be the “Aristoteles Suites 140” in the plush neighborhood of Polanco. On Saturday morning my wife called to confirm her arrival, front desk replies that...

Suites Aristoteles 140 rents its parking to nearby restaurants therefore there is no parking available at all times plus valet parking personnel go in and out of the hotel with no security controls. We left earlier than planned were supposed to get refunded but they delayed payment and have us nothing!! Terrible hotel!! Check other reviews.
