Hotel is reputed to have hosted both Mexican and International Celebrities in the past and have moderated itself to some extent with current tourist requirements. It's located in a very popular area, visited by both local and tourist for eats, pubs, dance etc. Due to this sometimes room gets noise from outside during night. Resaurants in the neighborhood are happy... More

One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in! Great (and safe) part of town! Plenty of fun little restaurants, bars, and street venders. I was there by myself and I felt safe there the entire time. I definitely kept my eyes open but it was fine, and yes I was nervous at first!

Great old school feel with an eyre of elegance. Exceptional staff. Rooms dates but fitting with theme though bathroom could be upgraded. Overall highly recommended, very safe neighborhood and stunning features throughout hotel complex.

I have stayed in this Hotel off and on for over 50 years. It was owned at one time by a Canadian. When he passed away, it was then purchased by one of the wealthiest men in Mexico. It has been well maintained over the years. The staff is well trained and very professional. They are also bi-lingual. I have... More

We spent 5 nights at Hotel Geneve. The staff was more than attentive to our every need. Beautiful older hotel in the heart of Zona Rosa which puts you in a great location with restaurants and attractions in walking distance or close by. We would definitely stay here again. P.S. Room service is awesome!

But rooms are in the process of being upgraded and the Zona Rosa feels a bit tired. If you like antiques, the wonderful antiques "mall" is nearby and there is terrific food all around. An interesting hotel in the heart of the city.

My parents and I stayed at Hotel Geneve in May/June 2016. It's a great place to stay for all ages! There are many shopping venues, restaurants, currency exchanges, etc. close by, and the night life is vibrant! The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and accommodating. They were also very patient with my poor Spanish. The hotel itself is... More

Zona Rosa has seen better days but this historic hotel remains a gem. The staff were pleasant, courteous and helpful and we loved the vintage lobby with memorabilia regarding Winston Churchill, Marlon Brando and other former guest.
