Great service, excellent location, friendly staff, very clean and newly renovated. Two blocks from the Zocalo and metro stops, good restaurants, shopping, cafés and bars within a short walk. Bottled water in the room which was restocked daily for us. Some staff spoke English and they helped us set up tours. Picture is the view from our room.

Fabulous location on pedestrian street: Calle Madero; a pleasant walk to the Zocalo, and centro historico. Very cordial, responsive staff. Cozy, comfortable lobby. Could have had a room at the back of the hotel, more quiet, but chose one overlooking the pedestrian mall, loved hearing the voices and rhythm of the activity on the street, and watching a steady stream...

Nice hotel, well located, and the staff are very friendly. I'm actually writing this review at breakfast, the food is excellent - well beyond what I expect from a breakfast buffet. Not too long of a ride from the airport and 300 pesos at most. Only negative mention would be around the water pressure but all in all it has...

1 star for calling a taxi that gave counterfeit change. It was only about $300 MX, but still, that's just not professional. I realized it when I took the next cab and barely had enough pocket money to pay the next driver. Lesson learned, but you would think you would be able to trust a service recommended by the hotel...

We stayed here for 4 nights recently - the longest stay in Mexico for us unfortunately. While it is clean and the staff are friendly enough we were disappointed with a few things. Firstly there was a misunderstanding about our breakfast being included which was sorted out and we think the hotel sent a platter of fruit to our room...

Booked this place with some hesitation based on the other reviews, but thought the location worth the risk. Turned out it was a great choice. Clean rooms with super thick windows for soundproofing. Busy lobby with lots of activities and people. The elevator is in a weird place, but other than that, no complaints. And the location is amazing. Concierge...

I have never seen such a horrible accomodation in my life! We ended up here due to a problem with the hotel we booked and it was God awful! Walking distance to the zocalo or the Plaza de la Constitucion where Mexico City Cathedral and the National Palace. Where to start? Location is great, close to Zocola and restaurants., however be WARNED. This hotel suffers from poor management, which I turn reflects badly on the staff. By the time our 5 day stay was up we were glad to leave as we felt at every turn someone from this hotel had their hand in our pockets. First up,...
