The hotel is located in a good location in Mexico City, obtaining the room was simple and quick. Room itself was pretty small, but bed and restroom/shower were clean so in general it was fine for the price. Pool/Jazucci is small but works :-) was fun being at the Jacuzzi while it was raining. My only complaint and is VERY... More

It could be better... dark room, smell bad, small bed for two. Good staff, nice public areas, good restaurants. On 10/30/16 there was a horrible, noisy, private party that disturbed the entire building until 1:30 am.

I spent one comfortable night there. It is clean. It is within walking distance from/to the historic center. There is a swimming pool on the roof top. The view would be interesting but the glass is dirty and it ruins it.

Booked by customer. Hotel was great on all fronts. Staff polite, attentive but not "in your face". Room comfortable and spotlessly clean. Only problem was leaky shower cubicle. Bars and restaurants excellent with excellent fare and staff. Thouroughly recommended as a santuary from the city!

This was an eight-day package deal. I arrived in Mexico City at 6 a.m. this hotel could not let me check in. I called ahead of time to try to get a room they could not. So arriving Mexico I booked a hotel room at another hotel for 7 a.m. to noon the same day. I always booked a double... More

As soon as you get to the hotel staff makes you feel at home, Marco is great and room service is fast and courteous. Always being asked if everything is ok or what do you need. Reforma Avenue is spectualar specially during evening, close by restaurants and a Cantina! Great stay!

The rooms are kind of renewed recently, but the air conditioner is pretty old. You cannot fix a temperature and even know if it is cooling or heating. Great location if you want to visit the central part of the city. The guy in reception named "Arturo" is not much trying to help. The bussines center was close and I... More

The location is good & despite the language barrier, the staff were friendly. The lobby is quite spacious and clean. The penthouse offers a great view of the city. It's a good place to meet with people. The con is that you have to pay to print boarding passes in the business center and it is NOT 24/7.

Conveniently located hotel on Paseo de la Reforma. I stayed at this hotel for a week in May, and they had really nice accommodations. The rooms were a nice size and were clean. The location of the hotel felt safe and the hotel staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Several metro stops are in walking distance, and there are numerous... More
