Great hotel in the heart of Mexico City. Easy walking distance to many of the cities historic and beautiful attractions. Staff are helpful and lovely. Rooms are nice and clean with plenty of space. The hotel restaurant offered great meals with very affordable prices. Would definitely recommend the rib-eye steak with vegetables - delicious!

Went to this hotel from 13 to 16 of January. Booked through booking. Com, the hotel is good, needs restoration. The carpets in the room needs to be changed. The first night the toilet was broken so we changed room. The beds are good and the location is fine. You have courtesy parks by. The service is very kind and...

We came here under the assumption that we had booked a room which included breakfast. On checking in, we asked if breakfast is included which they confirmed. The next morning after eating breakfast we had been told that breakfast was not included with our room and we had to pay £10 each. The hotel staff were SO rude to us...

This place has a lot of pros. 1. Great location (about half an hours walk to Zocalo) 2. Killer breakfast, nomnomnom - includes both continental and Mexican options 3. Clean 4. Relatively well functioning 5. Beautiful heated rooftop pool area, although the pool is small The cons for my stay: 1. Outrageously expensive taxi service offered by the hotel. Use...

I stayed here for a business trip. In terms of accommodations, I have stayed at better places in the US and Canada, but it was well maintained and the rooms were pretty good size for a Mexico City hotel. If you don't want to pay the extra price for a hotel that solely caters to Americans, this is a quality...

The location is very convenient. The hotel restaurant is also very good, which is of the average level and reasonable price. However, the double room I booked has no window, and the internet was very slow. I would recommend this hotel if one doesn't need fast internet.

It is a good hotel - clean and spacious room. My room was with 2 queen size beds and nice bathroom. The reception is quite helpful, but don't really care too much. The breakfast/restaurant is ok with variety of foods, but there are also many restaurants around the hotel.

The hotel is located in a good location in Mexico City, obtaining the room was simple and quick. Room itself was pretty small, but bed and restroom/shower were clean so in general it was fine for the price. Pool/Jazucci is small but works :-) was fun being at the Jacuzzi while it was raining. My only complaint and is VERY...

It could be better... dark room, smell bad, small bed for two. Good staff, nice public areas, good restaurants. On 10/30/16 there was a horrible, noisy, private party that disturbed the entire building until 1:30 am.

I spent one comfortable night there. It is clean. It is within walking distance from/to the historic center. There is a swimming pool on the roof top. The view would be interesting but the glass is dirty and it ruins it.
