I'm not one for giving hotel reviews since I try to find the cheapest price. However, I liked the value tradeoff of this hotel. I think some might be put off by the 70's decor, but I found it quaint. Is it the Ritz-Carlton? No, but it was quiet, convenient, centrally located, and cheap. It's a solid 3+ star location.

I booked this hotel via Expedia and it was discounted because I booked the flight to Mexico. It was a really good deal for low budget travelers like me. The hotel was clean and staff was kind. I cannot speak Spanish at all, but there were staff who could speak English. They gave me a city map, helped me to... More

Our room faced the courtyard which at the same time had windows from all upper floors, so anyone could see you. The air conditioning is a rectangular box that has a slider wooden door. You have to slide it to your left and you will have the air. BUT it is so loud, that you had to close it back... More

Good place for the amount we paid. Comfortable and clean room. Restaurant's food is good and affordable. It is located one block from the Insurgentes subway station. The WiFi signal is extremely poor. It was very difficult to connect to the internet in our rooms. That is basically the only thing we disliked.

I booked a night at this place and received a confirmation email. A few weeks before my trip I emailed them to confirm my reservation. No response. I tried calling the 1-800 number on their website. Out of service. I called the 1-800 number on my confirmation email and spoke to someone who must have been a third party. He... More

I have been here a couple of times and their rates are reasonable. Very close to Insurgentes if you want to use the subway. Breakfast included. Taxi service to airport and walking distance to El Angel. Drinking water system does not work but I don't care because I buy bottle water anyway. I call directly to reserve. tried to explore... This hotel is from the 1980's and it shows. No airconditioning, noisy rooms, deteriorating infrastructure, no hot water on certain days. The so-called 'business center' is a slow computer and a 20-year old printer. This is merely a budget place, certainly not a 'business hotel'. Even asking to borrow a pen at the front desk (there wasn't one in the... More

I spend two nights with a break in this hotel. Location is good. Very close to underground station (2 min walk) , and walking distance to market (7 min walk), and monument of angel of independence (15 min walk). Unfortunatelly next to place is just a street, so You will not find room with nice view. Rooms with a windows... More

We stayed here for just one night in between travels to different towns. The hotel was clean and reasonably attractive and our rooms were comfortable. We had planned to go out for dinner and a walk, but it started to rain and we decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. This turned out to be much better than we expected--good... More
