I stayed 6 nights at Plaza Florencia (PF), and I have nothing to complain. The room was clean, spacious and bright. Bathroom was ok, but I didn't quite like the curtain on the shower, but ok. What I really missed was a minibar in the room. I did not reserve the room with breakfast included, which in the end was...

They told us they had maintenance problems and they changed us to another hotel. (Suites Plaza Florencia). The other hotel was really nice with very comfortable rooms and a nice bathroom. The buffet was delicious but with not too many options.

I stayed here four nights over Easter weekend and had a great stay. There are many dining options within walking distance, as well as several landmarks. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are clean, and the shower is hot. Overall, we had a really nice day and I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family or friends.

Oddly enough I got to visit my own hometown as a tourist for a whole 2 weeks. I chose Hotel PF mainly because of its location. As a tourist I can't imagine a more priviliged location. You can walk to many places you'll wanto to visit (Chapultepec, Reforma, Downtown, etc); it has the subway two blocks away and the Zona...

We stayed five nights and were extremely pleased. The location is great. There are restaurants, markets and convenience stores all around. The room was clean and had all the amenities. The staff was excellent (allowed us a late checkout at no cost) (Hint not related to the hotel - use Uber instead of taxis or the Metro). We would definitely...

Paid through priceline in advance and they insisted that it was not paid until I told them I had to call me credit card, it suddenly showed it was paid. Paper thin walls, I heard conversations and sneezed from rooms around Knocking at 8am trying to clean the room! Club across the street with loud music past 3am It just...

The area, the Zona Rosa, used to be the prime part of Mexico City for travellers but it is now a little tired and bordering, in some areas, on seedy. (Candesa and Roma Norte have become more popular). This could also be said of the hotel - pretty good but in need of some refreshment. The location on Florencia is...

I wish I could say nice things about Hotel PF. The location is good, the place has potential and I was even able to look past the fact that I didn't have hot water many if not all nights, but I can't look past the fact that the housekeepers will rob you and management condones this. We left our room,...
