Stayed there recently for business and was hopefully because the hotel honestly has great "bones". It truly has beautiful, grand architecture - in a central location- which makes it so tragic that inside it is sort of a disaster. My room was enormous w nice views, HOWEVER, sheets were over bleached to the point my skin got rashes, the carpet...

Classic and elegant hotel, great service and spacious and comfort rooms. Good to come for business and to bring family too. The best location to get to the heart to Mexico City, transportation and even walking you could get to city sights.

I noticed that they constantly have good offers for all accommodations. Once I experienced their services I realized that we got ourselves a very deal price in comparison of what we received. Big room, King bed (not that comfy but it was OK), really good WiFi connection and their taste in meals was surprisingly good.

The rooms are big and clean, and the elegant style of the hotel makes it attractive. However, I found it quite expensive considering that we had to pay for a bunch of other services: parking, breakfast (the buffet was appalling, coffee horrible and the food was cold), etc. Rooms can be a little noisy depending on which side of the...

Aside from the location aspect of the hotel which is very convenient if you are doing business in the city, dinner at Gaudi, the Spanish restaurant is also fine, especially the Cordero. But the most relaxing experience while staying in your hotel is not because of the amenities but by the music rendered by your balladeer every Thursday and Friday,...

The location is very good, the hotel is in a safety place and the hotel staff works good. The carpet and the room is a little old but in generally the room is good. The construction is vety nice. The park service was good too. In the first rooms the noise is hard than the last floors.

I stayed here with a few colleagues for business. The first impression was nice, till I entered my “nonsmoking room” (despite the booking they first offered me a smoking room). When I turned on the air-conditioner it smelled like I was sitting in a bar full with smokers. Leaving the window/door open to refresh the air while not in the...

Room was great; huge, clean. We had a room over the Paseo so lots of traffic noise, think New York City. Easy access to Metro. Staff was helpful. Didn't try the dinner but breakfast was unexceptional.

The place seemed ok in the pictures but in person it was a complete disaster. I got the master suite which is their best room. My original plan was to stay here all week. We ended up going to holiday Inn on day 2. Couple of issues were. - the master suite comes with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was...

I got a special price for one week through Expedia $33 per night (I paid $70 for the same room in February 2016). Carpet is not very clean, the safe deposit box is very old and it was very difficult to close every single time. No gym, not good room service. Very problematic for transportation because protesters close the streets...
