I noticed that they constantly have good offers for all accommodations. Once I experienced their services I realized that we got ourselves a very deal price in comparison of what we received. Big room, King bed (not that comfy but it was OK), really good WiFi connection and their taste in meals was surprisingly good.

The rooms are big and clean, and the elegant style of the hotel makes it attractive. However, I found it quite expensive considering that we had to pay for a bunch of other services: parking, breakfast (the buffet was appalling, coffee horrible and the food was cold), etc. Rooms can be a little noisy depending on which side of the... Aside from the location aspect of the hotel which is very convenient if you are doing business in the city, dinner at Gaudi, the Spanish restaurant is also fine, especially the Cordero. But the most relaxing experience while staying in your hotel is not because of the amenities but by the music rendered by your balladeer every Thursday and Friday,... More

The location is very good, the hotel is in a safety place and the hotel staff works good. The carpet and the room is a little old but in generally the room is good. The construction is vety nice. The park service was good too. In the first rooms the noise is hard than the last floors.

I stayed here with a few colleagues for business. The first impression was nice, till I entered my “nonsmoking room” (despite the booking they first offered me a smoking room). When I turned on the air-conditioner it smelled like I was sitting in a bar full with smokers. Leaving the window/door open to refresh the air while not in the... More

Room was great; huge, clean. We had a room over the Paseo so lots of traffic noise, think New York City. Easy access to Metro. Staff was helpful. Didn't try the dinner but breakfast was unexceptional.

The place seemed ok in the pictures but in person it was a complete disaster. I got the master suite which is their best room. My original plan was to stay here all week. We ended up going to holiday Inn on day 2. Couple of issues were. - the master suite comes with a jacuzzi tub. The tub was... More

I got a special price for one week through Expedia $33 per night (I paid $70 for the same room in February 2016). Carpet is not very clean, the safe deposit box is very old and it was very difficult to close every single time. No gym, not good room service. Very problematic for transportation because protesters close the streets... More

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. The room was clean and big. The breakfast was not included, but we had one breakfast for the additional charge of 160 pesos per person - good food and very nice stuff, but it's expensive for the local prices. The location of the hotel is not so far from the historical center,... More

The building is very nice, more than 100 years construction. The service is great. Needs update. I was afraid to charge my phone. The carpet is nasty and needs to be change. Not enough hooks in the closet. Too many updates to do. While we were there, too much noise outside. Don't know what they are doing on the roof... More
