Our tour group arrived to find there were no rooms for half the group, although our company is a regular customer at this hotel. Sometimes this may be unavoidable, but the confusion was handled dishonestly and rudely, with alternate accommodation being misrepresented by the management....More
Booking done through our travel agent. Was in a standard room by myself, my travel partner had another room. Adequate space and good-sized bed, shower-only, facecloth included. In-room safe a good feature. Aircon rattled at high speed but OK at medium and low speeds and...More

Depends. If you take a licensed taxi from a "Stacio" it should run 200 pesos (about $12), less than 30 minutes. If you are traveling to the airport from the hotel at an early hour, they will glady call a 'hotel taxi' which will generally be a nicer car, unmarked, more like a limo service and will run more like $20.
It is easy to get a licensed taxi at the airport but is a bit more hassle to get one on the street in the Centro.
