I loved this place! Booked online and the rooms looked big. When we arrived, we were shocked...the rooms were HUGE! A proper suite with a master bedroom, separate guest quarters, a kitchen, living and dining room. We had a great view overlooking the street. Like many others have said, the street is home to many late night gay clubs. People... More

This hotel is located very close to some of Mexico city main attractions, the rooms are a bit small and the beds are very hard. the doors are very old and some of the door knobs are falling apart. the staff is very friendly. the breakfast is the best.

Stayed in a two bedroom suite. Very nice and spacious. Great location near good restaurants and shopping. The staff was very helpful. Included breakfast is filling and ordered from a menu. Some of the woodwork is worn, but overall very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and I do highly recommend it! Good value for the price.

My sister and I booked a 2-bedroom suite that was more like an apartment with spacious rooms, a modern bathroom and full kitchen amenities. There's a lovely rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the City. Breakfast was included and not limited to the usual sparse choices at other hotels so you can order anything from an extensive menu, including cappuccino... More

This is not a disabled person friendly hotel as there is no elevator from the street level to go to your rooms. You have to climb up several stairs to get to the elevator and once you are on the floor of your room, you have to get down a few stairs if your room is on the back side... More

This hotel is in the heart of the Zona Rosa. There are dozens, maybe hundreds of restaurants, bars and other attractions nearby. The rooms are very spacious. The internet worked exceedingly well. The TV was satellite with a hand full of English Language channels. The restaurant in the hotel has a great breakfast which came along with the room (an... More

I booked this hotel in March. Most reviews were favorable, but several cited problem with noise in some rooms. I emailed the manager, Victor, one week prior to arrival asking whether this would be an issue in our room. He responded by email reassuring me that noise would not be a problem in the suite we would be given. Unfortunately,... More

Nice suites. The fashion has faded and a few things no longer worked but clean, spacious and well decorated. However I was surprised to find almost a full flight of marble stairs up to the elevator. The railing going down was historic but not well positioned. The shower had no grab bars. Noisy.....hard to describe but perhaps the 2 bedroom... More

It's in the middle of Zona Rosa directly across from the loudest club in the hood. But the bedroom is fairly quiet. It needs renovation...especially the furnishings. A lot of nickel and diming: No conditioner in the dispenser, no soap by the sink in the bathroom. They have heat! Yay! Sadly it was broken in the kitchen/hall area, weak in... More

Checked in earlier today for a four night stay at this property in Mexico City. Yes, it is well-located and yes, you ARE getting good value for the money. And the staff is really incredible - warm, helpful and professional. The rooms, worn and dated as they may be, are huge, clean and comfortable. Very, very limited evening room service... More
