Very nice hotel with spacious family rooms. Location convenient because of free airport shuttle. Had to wait more than an hour to get shuttle FROM airport to hotel "because of traffic" even though it is only about 3 miles away, but ride TO airport was very punctual. Hoped to have some nearby restaurant deliver food to the hotel after a... More

Hello, I travel often to Mexico and this time I booked at Riazor hotel because the Holiday Inn was overbooked. The price was the same ...about 100 dollars-night. But the services was not what I expected, at least for the price I paid. The services was not friendly and the hotel did not meet the standards. The showers had little... More

I enjoyed my stay at The Riazor. This hotel offers free shuttle service to and from the airport which was convenient. The rooms were modern, clean and had free wifi. The room lacked a mini fridge. The hotel itself is very nice looking in all areas. The hotel is also close to foro sol and the sports palace. It is just a quick taxi ride away.... More

This hotel is located near to the Mexico City airport and has a free shuttle to and from the airport. The rooms are lovely and it has a good restaurant. The prices vary greatly on the internet but a good rate can be found if booked well enough in advance.

The hotel is modern with clean, comfortable rooms. It is good for one night because it includes airport transfers, but there are better value downtown hotels in more pleasant locations for longer stays, even adding on taxi costs. Breakfast is costly at 200 pesos, even if you only have something light from the extensive selection, so ensure you do not... More

I booked months ahead with booking.com The free shuttle from the airport terminal worked perfectly, and upon arrival at the hotel, the correct booking details were immediately confirmed. The staff were outstanding at the front desk and in the restaurant - friendly and fun. I admit that I haven't stayed in many quality hotels in recent years, and this was... More

First, hotel is nice, is well located and the price is ok. However, they have speakers on the halls (aisle) on every floor. We had one just out of our door. They play music almost all the time. When I call the front desk to ask to turn it off (it was a Sunday 9 AM and I wanted to... More

A simply beautiful hotel. An added bonus of an indoor pool. The surrounding neighborhood not so great but within 20-30 minutes to the airport. Not to fault the hotel, but our room was not ready until 3 p.m. Just a minor bump in our stay. Otherwise, I recommend the stay at the Riazor Hotel.

Small Hotel near the airport and they have a pretty good free of charge (except for the not so subtle tip levy asked by the driver) airport shuttle. Paper thin walls that allows you to hear every single sound amplified in the halls, so if you wanted to sleep in early... Think again. Rest of it pretty standard.

Our flight ended up arriving to Mexico City around 1am...5hours late, due to weather..we had almost decided to just stay at the airport, but would not have been able to get through security at that time of night, so we got a taxi and went to the Riazor for the few hours we had..we were met by the door man...
