Been here about 2 years back. Definitely close to the airport. Driver will not use main roads which will get you in hotel quicker. They are drive reckless so our driver was the same. No seat belts for him because he do not need it. Hotel is good, prices are competetive, rooms are specious and clean. Good place to stay overnight

Exceptional service from the first minute we arrived to the hotel. Room service was reasonably priced and the food was delicious. 4am shuttle ride to the airport took about 10 minutes. The heated pool was an extra treat for our whole family. We’ll definitely stay here again on our future trips to Mexico City.

We overnighted here en route to Los Cabos. The hotel is a gem, it’s very clean, had a lovely modern feel (especially the cafe area on the ground floor) and just great value. We loved the food (especially the tuna crudo) and the staff were wonderful. Special mention for Alfredo in the cafe who was just fantastic...a great employee. The free shuttle to the airport was also a great plus.

A+ for the pool A+ breakfast buffet A++ early check in A+ accommodating front desk rep C- room service The chicken pasta dish (Rias Baixas) was lack luster. The pasta was over cooked and the chicken was tough. When we expressed this we were told that the chef said it was ‘good’ 😳 We had to complain again to switch our order and not be charged for the uneaten dish. Other than that incident everything was great. We’d stay there again.

We stayed at this hotel for a 12-hour layover while in Mexico City. If you're looking for a convenient, stress-free, and restful experience, this is not it. The entire experience getting to the hotel is frustrating and time-consuming and actually spoiled our holiday. Once you pass customs, you need to find their office, hidden away in a corner where nobody goes and where no one can direct you to. Then, you must communicate with the staff in the office, who don't speak sufficient English. Then, you must sit on a small couch in the office and wait for 30-40 minutes for the shuttle to arrive. This was not an isolated experience; this happened both to and from our destination. Once you do get in the shuttle or small car, the drive to the hotel is 15-20 minutes. By this time, you're wishing the whole experience would just end. You're exhausted and in a grumpy mood and your family will be asking you why you booked this hotel. The second time, on our way back home, we were transported in someone's personal car after them not being able to bring the shuttle to us in a timely manner after an even longer expected delay. Our luggage didn't fit in the car as it was not meant for transportation and had to be left behind in their airport office. The hotel and service is fine, but for a layover hotel, trust me, get one that is connected to the airport directly. You can thank me later.
