Really good location with everything being very close, plus the tour buses are very close. The only bad thing is only one elevator worked so it was very bad having to walk to floor number 10 because of the big line for the elevator. The other bad thing is that the lobby is small so it gets crowded easily. The... More

Thanks for your comment, we'll be sorry about the inconvenience to get out of one of our elevators, this is due to the maintenance schedule that applies to our equipment to provide a safe and efficient service, they are currently both working. We transmit your cooment about the size of the lobby and balconies to our General Manager . More

5 star quality and service. Close to many restaurants and plenty of walking options. Although the Zona Rosa is not what it used to be, the location is excellent. It had parking lot, room service, air conditioning, etc. The linen and beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms spectacular.

Nice hotel, with the usual amenities, in a centric, good place. The breakfast buffet is marvelous and delicious. Choose it if you like to be indulged. Wide rooms with private luxurious bathrooms. Great city views!

We did not intend on even visiting Mexico City, but after an absolutely horrible experience with our flight being delayed for 6 hours and then cancelled at 11pm (NEVER fly Aeromexico!) this is where we ended up staying the night. This is a quaint little hotel which looks much more updated from the lobby/outside than it does in the rooms... More

All in all a bad hotel: you can find better. It started with being charged the 3 night price as the daily rate on my credit card. That took one hour to resolve at 23:00 after a 20 hour travel. The hotel has a dated look and feel. It was 11 degrees outside, no heating and no hot water. Great... More

I’ll get right to the point; this is not a great hotel. In fact, it’s not even a good hotel. Oh, it’s in a very good neighborhood, close to whatever you might need to be close to, but it misses the mark. And it’s mainly due to price. This hotel is priced at the upper-ish end of the spectrum for... More

We arrived and were asked what floor we would like to stay on. Have never been asked that before. We ended up on the 12th of 20. It has a balcony which we enjoyed our first night as we watched it turn dark and the neighbouring building's lights go on. The room is nice with a half circle effect and... More

Absolutely frustrated with this hotel. My coworker accidently left behind an item at the Hotel Century Zona Rosa. I contacted the hotel many times to recover item on their behalf and also emailed countless times. Been hung up on at least 5 times due to transfers and being placed on hold, and email replies back from hotel manager has been... More

The hotel is a little dated, but definitely nice. The soundproofing on the rooms is very poor though - we were on the fourteenth floor and noise from the street was distinctly audible. Otherisw, is a good location for zona rosa and safe area for tourists.
