The location of the hotel was great, walking distance to many monuments and also walking distance to Calle Liverpool which has tons of restaurants and shops. The hotel itself was pretty clean and the staff were friendly. My only complaint was that they continuously tried to sell us tour packages and overpriced cab rides everywhere. I would have appreciated less... More

The hotel was wonderful, clean and very private. The staff were polite and all the taxi drivers were wonderful, friendly and courteous. They all spoke English. The streets in the evening were busy and all the people were friendly.

I spent 7 nights at this property on a family vacation. As most said, the location is excellent to see everything the city has to offer. Again, the street it is located on is a hub for gay/lesbian and may bother some and be fine for others. It was fine for us. We were initially on the 13 floor and... More

My partner and I are currently staying at the Hotel Royal Reforma, the location is brilliant and the room is large and very comfortable - although the shower is really has very weak water pressure (basically dribbles out). You can get a very good value here, and if you do - you can give it a try. Do not expect Hilton or Hyatt-service, this hotel is a bit more "slow on the trigger", but the price (when I stayed 10 days) was about 1/5-th of the Hyatt. Rooms are being upgraded as we speak (May 16), we got... More

Great location in Zona Rosa steps away from shops & restaurants. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice buffet breakfast every morning. Would definitely stay there again on my next trip to Mexico City. Hotel is located in the heart of the gay area of the city, so may not be appropriate for some.
