Very nice hotel, great location, nice out door pool. But the beds are extremely hard!!! I stayed there for 4 nights and I was not able to sleep a complete night. I requested a room change, but all the rooms had the same problem. Also, their restaurant was not amazing. I will not come back!

Excellent hotel that suited all my needs for business but could see it working for families too with the excellent pool and indoor facilities. Gym, training room Close by is the big shopping mall and a Wallmart (open late) Hotel is large and substantial; not ultra modern but thats not a complaint. Buffet seemed to run 24 hours so breakfasts... More

This hotel has great rooms to hold banquets and conferences but the rooms are old and out dated. On top of that, since they are an independent hotel they do not have any rewards program. They do have free wifi, which is so-so, but even their Premium wifi that you purchase is not much better. If you eat downstairs the... More

There are very few good options available in South part of Mexico. I stayed here for one week for a business trip. The Hotel building is old but they have all modern facilities. The swimming pool was good. There was no complimentary breakfast. The room is big and they have mini-bar. Although it was locked and I have to call... More

Great property is a seemingly safer neighborhood. Nicely maintained. Room was comfortable. Bed provided for a couple of nights of decent sleep. Cleanliness compared with dated feel...not sure how to discern. The tub drain did not drain...the shower head leaked all over the place. The Sink faucet was not quite sure which way to disperse the water... All in all...not... More

I made my reservation through booking.com , which has a "cheaper" price; at the front desk in the hotel they charged me about 50 bucks more than expected, it was late and didn't want to look for another hotel. So I paid the extra, but I wasn't very happy about it. Altought the hotel worth it, and the pool is... More

This is a great hotel south of Mexico City. Is not a new hotel but is In good shape. Rooms are big, everything was clean and the heated pool outside was the highlight. We had some issues but the front desk was able to fix it.

Pleasant hotel whose only catch is to be far away from the city tourist areas . Youdefenitely need time to move around as you are in a periferico area with no commerce or restaurants at walking distance. Rooms are large and airy with full ammenities including coffee making facilities, good beds and mattresses, spacious bathrooms. Large closet with safe. Wifi... More

No more, no less... This hotel has the potential to be much better but their attention to detail and staff service is below average. Rooms dated but clean AC DOESNT work well. In fact only 5th floor AC works. I know this after 3 took changes. Breakfast OK service not. The milk wasn't refrigerated and went off. The waiters not... More

So disappointing and insulting leadership of this otherwise lovely hotel. Air conditioning didn't work in our upgraded room (and many other rooms); no maintenance person was sent to fix it despite 4 requests. Pool wasn't well maintained... I got a rash that has now cleared. Management was most focused on making sure they followed rules and we paid up front...... More

Staying in Tlalpan

Neighborhood Profile
Tlalpan
Time seems to have frozen in several areas that still remain true to what Tlalpan once was, but the clock is still ticking in the relaxed environment that makes it the perfect neighborhood for friends, couples and families who love to explore at their own pace. Plaza de la Constitución is where everyone gathers on weekends to listen to live music and where some of the best coffee shops, restaurants and bookstores satisfy the foodies of the area. Natural beauty such as the lush forest of Ajusco are perfect for those who love to keep in touch with the outdoors.
