My family and I were pleasantly surprised of this hotel. We had a nicely equipped suite with everything we needed: refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, stove, microwave, bed sofa for third guest, TV with Netflix access, big bath tub, dining table and chairs, and so on! Each staff was super helpful and very friendly, big shout-out to the restaurant staff that were so sweet to us every day and gave huge effort to make us feel welcome, especially Anhel who was extremely professional and attentive. We noticed right away his services were top notch, even though everyone else was great too.

The room is very nice and the staff is very helpful and friendly but there were too many little problems that made the stay less than great. 1) On arrival safety deposit box was unusable. We had to call to have it fixed. 2) Televisions are user unfriendly. The arrows on the remotes do not respond. We had to call for help. 3) During a 2 day stay we had to call for help again to have batteries changed in one remote. 4) The tub is a dangerous place. The edge is 3 or more feet high and it is very difficult to claim in and more to get out. The body wash and shampoo are located in a place difficult to reach and keep your equilibrium.

Suites are enormous and well equipped, the staff is super friendly and professional, we stay here every time we come to Mexico. Breakfast is delicious with many options. They are eco friendly avoiding water plastic bottles. The gym is well equipped and maintained. There is a car rental in the same building which makes it very convenient

The hotel is nice, is equipped with everything you need if you are going to stay long, it has even washing machine, the breakfast is included and it’s ok, there is a shopping center with a variety of restaurants very near to go for lunch or dinner and a little supermarket just to the side

I had a small suite, so plenty of space and comfortable. I couldn't find any English channels on the TV (no BBC World or CNN for example) but apart from that was happy with my stay. Wifi was available at no extra cost. This was my second stay.

The service was incredible and the view was phenomenal. I would recommend anyone staying in the area to book a room here. I wish I were not here for such a short business trip. When I was here I visited some auto dealerships and they have a bunch of american food places as well

Located in interlomas, a few steps from a large mall. Most rooms are like apartments with everything on it. Large, clean and comfortable. Included breakfast buffet has not much, but is sufficient. Have secure underground parking if needed. Good security

Spent three nights here. It’s continently located in a nice business district. For Americans there are plenty of comforts from home nearby, PF Chang’s, Walmart, Costco, and more. Rooms had plenty of space. The only issue might be the high step in to the tub. I was tall, so it wasn’t an issue. Breakfast had scrambled eggs with ham, and a nice selection of other options. I ate at the hotel twice for dinner. The food was adequate, not excellent. I would suggest exploring some of the local (or chain) restaurants (depending on your comfort level. Overall a nice stay, very reasonable rates, and plenty of space to spread out.
