Definitely more of a business hotel, but we used it to redeem some award nights as a getaway from El Paso for a long weekend. Great location and staff, and the rooms were great! Very clean with a huge shower even in the basic room! Also great restaurants within a block or two, like KCBBQ or Quesadilla Maria. Highly recommend!

I stayed at the Presidente Intercontinental hotel in Mexico City while on a business trip and the overall experience was great. Let me start with the outstanding - Of all the hotels I have stayed at, this hotel has the best fitness facilities I have encountered. The facilities have something for everyone, treadmills, gym equipment, but in addition a functional...

Spent five nights here split over two stays during New Year's. Hotel has a great location. Lots of parks and restaurants in walking distance. Felt safe on the streets. Rooms were nice and quite clean. Bathrooms were awesome. On the downside, a power outage on New Year's Eve was annoying as well as the fact many of the restaurants were...

I stayed one night at a standard suite at the Intercontinental Presidente. The location is fabulous, right in the middle of all the amazing restaurants and entertainment of Polanco. The neighborhood is airy and pleasant, which is a good "escape" from the intensity of DF. The rooms have been refurbished so everything looks very new. The bed is very comfortable...

don´t get me wrong. I just stayed there a week, was smart enough to get access to the executive and had a very good experience during my stay (business only), BUT, while the staff at the front desk is FRIENDLY, they´re far from being HELPFUL. The few times I´ve asked for information, the assistance I´ve got was far from what...

A very safe and friendly hotel with a large staff that are always willing to assist. A good choice of restaurants with a varied choice of cuisine. Not all the staff are aware of the menu choices and the wine waiters in all the restaurants are not fully skilled in the best wines for each meal, this is not a...

This hotel is pretty nice, but the customer service is the worst I've experienced from an Intercontinental hotel on this planet. I've stayed in Intercontinental hotels in Asia, Central Asia, and in Europe, and the Intercontinental Presidente is the worst in terms of customer service. The hotel staff at the front desk have a tendency to say no, instead of...

We have just returned from a stay at our favorite hotel in Mexico City, the InterContinental Presidente. We come often to visit relatives in Polanco and this hotel is perfectly situated with every amenity we could ever need. As always with this hotel it is the personal touch which keeps us coming back! When we arrived we were greeted by...

Our stay was very pleasant, as expected to be for an intercontinental hotel. We were given a room facing the chapultepec gardens, and it was incredible. The room was impecable and quiet. I didn't use any of the amenities, so i can't say anything about them. Staff very kind, and very good location in the neighborhood of Polanco, ideal to...

We traveled on business to the InterContinental Mexico City in October. The staff was top notch, very attentive and gracious. Our room was beautiful and had a great view. The location is excellent and really cannot be better situated. Would highly recommend the hotel when traveling to Mexico City.
