Nice hotel, very kind staff. You can walk to Chapultepec Park and to Polanco neighborhood. There are excellent Museums,Restaurants, shops coffee houses around. You should use Uber or Taxi service everywhere else. Parking at the Hotel is expensive and difficult.

A great hotel with great staff! Felt safe and secure at all times. Hotel resaurants were excellent! Walked at night to local restaurants with no problems as well. Very comfortable rooms. Staff was willing to go the extra mile. Bus tour, museums all in walking distance. Uber gets you anywhere else cheaply. All in all I love the Polanco neighborhood.

We were at the InterContinental Presidente for four nights in November,2016. The service was excellent and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. There were great views of the city fro our room on the 32nd floor. This area is safe and one can walk easily around and visit several good restaurants in the area. We especially liked the Cafe...

We booked three nights here for a long-weekend stay on advice from friends who've spent a lot of time in Mexico City. We were not disappointed! The hotel is wedged between a Hyatt Regency and a JW Marriott in an upscale part of town. You'll find a lot of dining, shopping, parks, and cultural sites all within a relatively short...

Room gave access to the Club lounge which was definitely one of the best of its kind. Excellent breakfast...
