Is there a laundry facilitiy on-site?
The is laundry service provided by hotel but no laundry room. You would have to go off site to find a laundry place and I am not sure of any in the immediate area.

If you are arriving to terminal 2 you can take Hangares or if you are arriving in terminal 1 Terminal Aérea, both are in the yellow one. You will have to get to Auditorio in the orange one and once you get there you’ll have to cross the avenue and your hotel it’s located besides Hyatt. Find map of the subway below find in website mapa metro cdmx, it won’t let me attach any website

Are the double beds considered American twin size or American Full or Queen?
The doble beds in the Intercontinental Hotel, are QUEEN AMERICAN BED.
