I was forced to stay few days in Mexico City due to multiple reasons with both a strike in Costa Rica and an expired COVID test. I was unable to board the flight and choose to stay at the Hilton out of convenience of the location. I can HIGHLY recommend it, primarily because of a staff that goes beyond what i expected, to help me out. My concierge, Dante, was extremely helpful providing all the information i could ask for, arranging everything related to getting a new COVID test. I provided all my details to him, and he took care of everything from payment to transportation, which made it stress-free for an non-spanish speaker in Mexico City. I have never experienced a concierge, that truly goes the extra mile. Very sincere and trustworthy and superb English. All the staff in general are very very helpful and polite. The hotel takes the necessary measures on sanitation that makes it comfortable in these pandemic times. The rooms are perhaps not the best that Hilton hotels has to offer, but they will do the job. Clean and tidy. The staff is, to me, the foundation of the high ratings of this hotel, no doubt about that. Worth the money.…
I’ve stayed at the Hilton Mexico City Airport a number of times and I’ve always have a good experience during my stay. This time around Alejandra from the restaurant took great care of us during breakfast, top notch service with a smile! ;) High cleaning standards.
Difficult to find, paid for a queen bed found a double in the room too tired to change rooms and we went to eat at the restaurant the burger was raw in the middle and had to be sent back. Very expensive for the stay and to eat there. Staff was however were very friendly
I did my check in almost at 11pm on Monday may 10th to sleep a few hours and catch my flight early in the morning. I dropped my luggage, went to eat got back at 12am to take a shower and sleep for a few hours. There was a power outage and I couldn’t take a hot shower or sleep, there were no lights in my room and the air conditioner was not working I was sweating in my room for three hours and I just decided to check out and leave. I would really like to open a complaint to get my money back for that night.
