Very happy with the location of this hotel near the Zocalo. Our room had 2 very comfy double beds which was great. Good shower and basic toiletries. Breakfast was fine with lovely fresh fruit juices and eggs anyway, if you didn't go for the Mexican options. We ate in the hotel once and it was quite good, particularly as there...

We stayed at this hotel for 6 nights. We picked it because we wanted to be in a good hotel located near the zocalo. The room was newly decorated, basic, and clean. The breakfast room was very crowded at times, so we ate in their on premises coffee shop for several breakfasts and it was good, though the service was...

We arrived at the hotel feeling unwell and remained so for 48 hours. What a wonderful place to recuperate! The rooms were spotless, beautifully and carefully serviced by staff who could not have been kinder. Fortunately we revived enough to experience the great breakfasts and service from elsewhere in this splendidly situated hotel. The quality of staff has already been...

We love Hotel Catedral, and have stayed there each for year for the last 12 years! The location, just off the Zocalo is the best. There is a lovely roof-top garden area to enjoy a drink and view towards the Zocalo. Short walks take you to the Templo Mayor, Cathedral, Palacio’s Diego murals, and Alameda. Just down the street is...

Spectacular! Hotel Catedral was recommended by some friends so we reserved 2 weeks lodging for our stay. We enthusiastically play forward this recommendation for all other travelers. The hotel is located strategically one block from the Zocolo smack in the middle of the historic district. This place is legit. It was clean, safe, and the hotel food including the breakfast...

Great Hotel Staff, Caring, Great Mexican Breakfast, provided wake up calls, double check to make sure when you check out, you did not leave anything behind. My only issue was, when I charge my phone, it did not charge all the way to 100%. So I charged my phone to the front desk, and they happily charged it. Also, when...

I really enjoyed my stay here. Isis Camacho who works at the front desk was very helpful and friendly and saw to it that I had a great stay. Chef Thelma made a great breakfast everyday and was very friendly too. The hotel is safe, clean, modern and in a great central location. It is quiet too! I will return.

My husband and often myself always spend more than 14 nights a year at this very nice hotel and yet I am upset with every stay. They happily provide guests who stay only one night free in room coffee service and yet deny those who stay days and even weeks longer that same service beyond their first night. That's right....

The breakfast was included which was great. Thelma, Monica and Mayra pampered us with a great breakfast to start the day. They also have someone to help us with the tours information and general info about the city. Very friendly!
